Terrible service from Zenden Young Shi. Really bad and stand offish attitude, I felt uncomfortable dealing with him. Please hire staff who are more competent in their job of customer service. Was going to buy 2 pairs but only bought 1 due to bad attitude.

Outstanding service every time! Afiq truly goes above and beyond. He took the time to teach my young son how to tie his laces properly so he could wear a slightly larger size safely — such a thoughtful gesture that really stood out. He’s honest with his recommendations, never pushy, and genuinely cares about helping customers find what suits their needs. He even went the extra mile to help my friend locate his size at another store. Service like this is rare — highly recommend!

I like how the staff are very nice and theres this staff zen, he is very informative. He was helping me out through out my time at the running lab. He also explained to me the difference in the cushioning and which would be a good for any acrivities. Would definitely want other customers to come to the shop.
