I ordered food to eat in and ended up waiting forever. Delivery orders were clearly being prioritized. My order was only processed after I asked again. Very poor service. The tables were covered with trays and empty packaging — I even had to clean our table myself. Definitely not coming back.

Orchard MRT station is one of the ‘classic’ older station in one of the earlier MRT lines in Singapore. It's a shopping hub, a ‘must-see’ destination for tourists where all things happen. I think it still retains its status. There are big chains of departments stores like Takashimaya, Tangs, Wisma Atria, and many hotels around here. If you want a leg cramping shopping experience, walk from here to City Hall. It's tidier now compared to then, imho, although it caters much more to commercial. Back then, there were more bookstores and others, now it's mostly fashion and lifestyle. It's always crowded and noisy, sometimes going to food court feels like battle royale. If you like people and shopping, you'd love Orchard.

I wish to commend a woman Orchard MRT staff who helped me this morning at 10.10am. I entered Orchard MRT Gantry and I immediately exit at the same station😅 cos I was dreaming😅. I told the staff to deduct my exit fare cos I am supposed to exit two stations later, not at the same station. She said she would call the staff at my intended exit station so that I wouldn’t need to pay again at that station when exiting. And yes, all smooth when I reached that station. I exited accordingly without incurring additional cost. Thank you, MRT staff. I appreciate your kindness when I made a mistake.

Orchard MRT Station is an interchange station of North South Line and Thomson East Coast Line of Singapore MRT system. It offers seamless transfer between both lines as commuters just need to move among platforms. The station was clean and comfortable with good conditioning system. It has public toilet for commuters. Clear signages were stated at the station to help commuters to change between both lines or to look for the nearest exits or buildings or places. As this Orchard MRT station is located at the Singapore shopping heaven, Orchard Road, it has direct connections to shopping mall nearby.

One of the more crowded train stations around the island. It's very conveniently located in the heart of the city, linking up neighboring shopping malls, and connected train lines, all in one single space. They're also very handicap friendly. Just be mindful that the crowd can be quite a handful during peak hours.

The service counter for tourist have a really good person named Nurul Hafidah today. She was patient with queries with everyone, local or tourist

MRT station in the shopping area of Singapore with all facilities to the travellers.

Too many passengers alighting and boarding trains between North-South and TEL lines. Area looks dirty and run down. Staircase landing may give rise to falls especially during peak hours

Choong Huei Seow Choong Huei Seow

One of the oldest and busiest MRT stations in the city. Probably needs a major facelift upgrade at some point in time.
