Popeyes, please consider hiring more staff or training your current team to pack food more efficiently. I visited on Thursday night and had to wait 40 minutes for my order. Only one staff member was actively packing food, while another appeared to be pretending to stay busy. The food was great, but the delay was very frustrating and felt like a waste of my time. Even another customer also complained to me that it was too slow.

Ordered the 2 piece spicy meal with Cajun fries. Lovely. One of the juiciest, cleanest tasting fried chicken I’ve had in singapore. Nice crunch too. Fried are good also. Not much bad to say about the food. But service was slow although staff were friendly. The place is not well maintained.

Worse service encounter!!! Ordered spicy winglets set of 6pcs cost $11.90 (DONT ORDER THAT ! It’s most smallest wings I never ever see n before! ) and when I received the size of the wings is super ridiculous super mini and I didn’t seen such mini size in any of MacDonald or KFC had that. It’s like half size of regular wings. And one of the wing is still had blood in it. I bring to the staff Siti and they didn’t say anything just ask me wait. After 40mins wait I checked with the staff thought they will replace cook 1 new wing for me but the staff just mention sorry ask me come another day????? Really wasting my time and that will never happen to other fast food restaurants. Manager name Lan’s attitude is super irresponsible as well.

I ordered crispy chicken, but it was raw inside. When I pointed this out, the staff member claimed that raw chicken would contain blood. As a chef, I am fully aware of the difference between properly cooked and undercooked chicken.Kindly improve your quality.Thank you.

We have been waiting for our meal but the cashier handed over only fries and drinks after 10 mins. Now, it has been almost 15 mins and burgers haven’t arrived yet. Also, the cashier Mariyam is very rude and not hospitable. Upon confrontation, she did’t bother to offer proper answers to my questions. Worst Service.

I just bought a fish burger from Popeyes and was shocked to find mould on the bun, which I only noticed on my last bite. This was extremely disappointing and concerning, as food safety should be a top priority. I expect much better quality control from a major food chain. I hope the management investigates this seriously and takes steps to ensure fresher products are served to customers. I would appreciate a response and reassurance that this won’t happen again!

After hearing all the rave reviews from the US, we were excited to try Popeyes Singapore – and it delivered on some fronts. The chicken sandwiches were a real standout: tender, bursting with flavor, and served on fresh, soft buns. The chips were well-seasoned, though they came off a bit soggy and lukewarm, and the extra free sauces were a nice bonus. We also enjoyed the crispy biscuit with jam. On the downside, the signature chicken piece was mostly dry, and the hazelnut chocolate soft serve lacked a genuine hazelnut flavor, coming across more like a standard chocolate soft serve. The nonya chicken didn’t impress either, and while the nonya pineapple drink was refreshing, it needed a good stir since most of the syrup settled at the bottom. Adding to the mixed experience, a looping soundtrack played continuously at each location, which was quite annoying.

Visited on a weekend afternoon. Food was average, typical fast food. Service, however, was quick. However, there seems to be quite a number of flies and the 1 staff assigned to the dining area does not seems to be cleaning up the tables (even though it was not a very crowded day).

The place is a bit depressing. Could use some updating. It feels old and greasy. You order at the machine and pick up at the counter. You dont have to interact at all with the servers except at pickup. They just call your number and you pick up your food. The wait is longer than expected even though there was only one order ahead of mine. My chicken sandwich was small and not hot. Fries were warm. I am no expert but I think they need to improve quality and efficiency. I would love to come again if they improved.

A 3 piece chicken was supposed to be like the ones on the menu. But they gave 4 SMALL pieces. pissed, Never coming back
