I can find many kind of Japanese cosmetics and all of them are good price. Shop assistant is very polite.

Terrible service. Only had one price tag for product (saline solution). Shelf had 2 packs of 10ml bottles attached to each other and tag was for 20 ml. Naturally assumed the price for 20ml was for the 2 bottles. Brought to the counter only to find out it was for one bottle??? Cashier even told me they have their own price when it's not even there... No apologies whatsoever. Terrible.

Bought a box of Ural eff granule, came home and found only 21 sachets in it instead of a full box of 28 sachets. Called the store but nobody picked up .

29 Nov around 6.45pm, I was browsing in the store near the cashier when someone bumped into me quite hard (hard enough to almost trip over). I thought it was an accident at first but when I turned around to see, it was a female staff member, and she didn’t apologize. The other staff at the cashier were laughing away after that. I didn’t think anything was off; there are rude people everywhere. I only realized the female staff had bumped into me on purpose when the cashier staff were laughing and joking, saying “Wah, you trying to start a fight?” The female staff said yes. “Every time you come in, you always try to start a fight!” (Something along those lines.) From the way they joked, I assume this is a common occurrence and they’ve gotten away with their bad behavior often enough to treat customers however they like. I left immediately because I was angry. Terrible experience.

I have always enjoyed the great service at Welcia however the manager at this outlet lacks any interest in serving customer. His staff was very kind to assist me to get a replacement i needed for a product i wanted to change. He then outright said no, there is no exchange for items from other outlets. I went back to the original outlet i purchased from and they said the policy was ok to change at any outlet 🥲

The cashier lady name Goh Jing Ying is very rude and even raise the voice to shout the customer. She is very impatient and show the blacn face when doing her cashiering duty. Hope the management can seriously look into this matter.
