Wonderful and tasty desserts. I particularly like the walnut paste, black sesame and almond paste. Ice kacang is good with original gula melaka and no artificial colouring. Yam cake is homemade and delicious. Friendly service and reasonable price.

The desserts here are reasonably priced. I ordered the cendol and it was quite good, but the bowl of Bubur Cha Cha you see in the back of the photo had disappointingly little ingredients. 😅 …

Hidden gem of a traditional Chinese dessert cafe in Far East plaza with equally delicious sweet treats and savory snacks. We come here at least once a week. Our favorites are: sweet potato ginger soup, red bean with aged tangerine peel & lotus seed and barley beancurd with ginkgo. For savory snacks: Chee cheong fun with chye poh.

It's an ordinary-looking dessert shop, much like any snack corner in a mall. Wooden tables and stools line the space, with enlarged photos of their signature desserts adorning the walls. Cantonese songs from Hong Kong blare from the sole speaker at the order counter. Located on the 5th level of Far East Plaza, away from the main foot traffic, it still draws its loyal customers. During our regular Sunday afternoon visits, we always find at least 3-4 tables occupied. The selection of cold and hot desserts is impressive, with local favorites like bubur cha cha, red bean soup (offering various toppings and accompaniments), chee cheong fun, and the traditional yam cake. My wife and I particularly enjoy their hot desserts—steamed egg with ginger for her, while I prefer the hot bubur cha cha and red bean soup. The chee cheong fun and yam cake are must-orders whenever we visit. Desserts are reasonably priced between $3–5. They strike a perfect balance in taste and texture—subtle flavors with a gentle sweetness, enriched by robust ingredients like sesame and almond.

Located in this almost isolated corner is this cute little homey dessert shop. There is a variety of Chinese hot and cold desserts, which u definitely will have difficulty choosing! The red bean soup is very nice, well cooked that all the beans almost soft. The dried tangerine skin taste is very significant, which I personally enjoy. The steamed ginger egg was well done, jiggly and lightly sweetened with ginger. Would come back to try other desserts!

This cafe is so cute!! It’s got a great and very unique selection of drinks and desserts that all look so good. I come here to get my matcha latte that they do perfectly. The staff are also quite kind, and the service is so fast. I would 100% recommend this cafe to anyone, it’s really such a perfect cafe for a quick caffeine run or a dessert stop.

Was looking for my coffee fix.. Passed by and saw quite a crowd in this cafe. Ordered the long black… the coffee was fruity, but abit light and sourish for my liking. I think they are famous for their cakes… saw almost every table had their cheese cake etc..

Not so hidden gem located in Far East Plaza! Saw many amazing reviews about this place and was excited to try it out. Had the Banoffee ($10) and Matcha Cheese Black Sesame ($11). Portion sizes were generous (shared 2 cakes amongst 3 people) and cakes were pretty decent but lacked the wow factor in my opinion. Heard that their drinks are good so I will definitely consider dropping by if I’m in the area! It’s a great spot to chill and get some work done too! Another great coffee hangout for chilling and for your caffeine fix in this area. Tried both hot/iced white coffees and was not bad (personal rating for their coffee I’d give it a 7/10) so will definitely come back again. They do freshly baked cakes as well and you can even get to see them prep/cream their cakes at the counter so it was quite cool! Tried their banoffee cake $9/slice (banana, chocolate and coffee) and the combination was so good. Big banana portions, expresso frosting and chocolate-caramel base was really really delicious. However perhaps the cream can be a bit thicker so it can better hold the cake body together since the banana portions are quite thick/heavy, so it’s barely just doing enough for the cream to hold it. Nevertheless, one of the best bakes around this area! Also caught them doing layering of the honey biscuits layered cake, which seems to be another signature item as it’s like a cake-version crepe with milk frosting, picture wise it looks awesome so this is definitely my next must-try! Note: All their ready-made cakes can be selected from the fridge behind the cashier when you do your ordering. Prices range from $8-$12 per slice.

Was surprised to find this cafe in Far East Plaza among all the other clothes/nail/massage shops in the mall, and there was quite a crowd even on a weekday afternoon, so I decided to try its coffee. The coffee was smooth and aromatic, well balanced between bitterness and acidity. I enjoyed it, but was a little sad that the cup was only half full :(
