I love the almond paste here - it has a perfect consistency, not too thick or too runny. The yam cake is decent, although I'm not a big fan of the sweet sauce that comes with it. The chee cheong fun was okay, but nothing particularly stood out for me. The walnut paste was good.

I had the Yam cake and Red bean with lotus seed. I am not sure why their Yam cake is their signature. It came looking delicious, but it was a dissapointment. It's way too mushy n sticky n bland. Maybe it's just today, I hope. The Red Bean is different though. It's delightfully fragrant with a slight hint of tangerine peel, and not too sweet. I might be back to try their other dishes if I am in far east area, as this is the only decent traditional dessert stall around.

Hidden Gem!! One of the best Chendol I ever try. The almond paste is also very nice, very smooth not the starchy type. Nice ambience for dessert. I will definitely be back with more friends.

The steam egg with ginger is too sweet for my liking. The barley with ginko is so-so.. very little ginkgo. Nice dejection of desserts. Will try others next round to see if it’s better.

pleasantly surprised by how good the walnut and black sesame paste was!! i ordered more to go after the owner told me she used whole grain, and they don’t add glutinous rice/powder to thicken their desserts will def be back so yummy

Tried the $4 hot steam milk egg white dessert and it was really nice , sweetness is just right and very smooth and creamy 😊👍 the cold version is not bad too but I prefer the hot version :) The store owner is very friendly and chatty, and she asked about what we think of the desserts which is nice ! Hope to try other desserts in the future 😁

Stumbled upon this small dessert shop in far east palaze. Very nice ambience ! Owner I think very pleasant. And helpful. And the desserts ?? Omg. Spoiled for choice. Practically all are nice to eat. And good value for money. Must try. For sure !
