Every visit to this store is a thrilling exercise in risk management. Truly, Nobel-Prize-level decision-making required. You have to calculate how many minutes in advance to order so you don’t (a) loiter endlessly waiting for your “ready in 2 minutes” pickup, or (b) collect a cup of ice water formerly known as your drink. Order too early? Congratulations, your drink achieves full dilution before you even arrive. Order too close to arrival? Don’t be silly — that’s how you unlock the special feature where 2 minutes on the app magically transforms into 10. My order today, T0198, paid at 12:52pm, heroically emerged only at 1:24pm, despite the app promising a neat little 14-minute wait. When it finally reached my turn, one cup was missing… so of course, more waiting. Love that for me. And a friendly PSA: when picking up your order, stay alert. The queue is apparently optional, and certain extremely thirsty creatures will glide right in front of you like it’s their natural habitat. Overall, a truly immersive experience in patience and hydration strategy. Would highly recommend… if you enjoy testing your blood pressure.

Wanted to use the app to order. When I click “pickup”, it will flash out after few seconds. It didn’t give me a chance to place an order. I restarted my phone, shut down and restart my phone, delete app and reinstall the chagee app. All of theses doesn’t help. So I had to join the queue to order. Thé overall ambience at chagee orchard gateway is good.

Ordered via the app and it was efficient! By the time I reached the store, the drinks were ready. Good system and received our drinks quickly 👍🏻 Guy at the counter even told us that if we are not happy with our drinks, we can let them know and they will redo it for us. The outlet is nice too :) …

One of my favorite CHAGEE outlets! I love the open space and its location right in the heart of a lively area. It’s also great to see CHAGEE taking steps to improve the experience—there’s now a cleaner ensuring the place stays tidy after customers leave.

Review of CHAGEE Orchard Gateway I’ve been to CHAGEE Orchard Gateway multiple times, and while the initial excitement meant enduring 2-3 hour queues, things have definitely settled down. Now, I usually wait about 15 minutes, which is quite manageable and definitely worth it. What stands out is the quality of their milk tea. I tried the Da Hong Pao Milk Tea, and it’s refreshing and authentic, prepared fresh on the spot. I love that they keep it simple — no pearls or extra toppings, just pure, clean milk tea flavor, which is exactly what I enjoy. Overall, CHAGEE Orchard Gateway is a great spot if you’re looking for quality tea and a cozy atmosphere. It’s definitely worth the visit, especially now that the long waits are behind us.

Went exactly at 5min b4 9am opening. 2nd day still lots of things were sold out(went 1st day too and ALL were out). Only plushie left. Problems with cc payment. Took over 35min for drink even if i was order #1. Their order board says ready, but I went up n still wasn't ready. 5min after that it was actually ready. Then they tried to give me without bag, when I paid extra for the holder/bag(since you had to buy 2 for the plushie) Left at 945am. Staff is nice and doing their best, i'm sure they were bombed with online/app orders. Just pray the person getting this tan brown HK plushie likes it 😝

I love their Peach Oolong Milk Tea, and so does my girl! We went on a weekday and were able to get seats easily. The only downside was the long waiting time, but honestly, the drinks were worth it. Would still come back!

Chagee Tea is such a pleasant place to stop by. The decor is modern, clean, and really welcoming, perfect for taking a short break or enjoying your drink comfortably. They have a great selection of teas, from classic favourites to more unique blends, and everything tastes fresh. The drinks are wallet-friendly without compromising on quality. You really get good value for the price. The staff are friendly too, making the whole experience even nicer. Overall, a lovely spot for tea lovers. Definitely worth visiting again!

Watched the Avatar : Fire & Ash premiere at the new IMAX theatre. The IMAX hall allowed the movie to be enjoyed in it’s full glory. Recommended for blockbuster definitely!
