Jasmine was really efficient in getting the results of my scan from another imaging centre and getting me an appointment on short notice. Sharon was super gentle and reassuring as a radiographer. Dr Tan is detailed and kind. The clinic is comfortable and their own imaging centre Luma has all the latest equipment. The experience was very pleasant overall and would recommend anyone to come if they have any concerns.

Dr Lim Sue Zann was highly recommended to me by my cardiothoracic surgeon at Gleneagles and I am so glad I followed the advice. Dr Jovina See was my eye doctor for about a year for my glaucoma condition and every few months when I see her; she will check and update me on any improvements. Seeing her on every visit is a session of knowledge and close interaction. She is patient and never in a rushed manner to complete the consultation session. Best eye specialist clinic I’ve been to. Emails are replied to VERY promptly, you are clearly informed of what to expect on your visit; optometrists are very clear and patient when conducting the tests and of course the eye specialist (Dr Oen) takes the time to patiently explain everything clearly so you feel more at ease about your eyes and is a very reassuring and competent doctor. Highly recommended.

I had an acute eye infection, called them up in the morning, and they were able to help me to get slotted into Dr Lim's schedule. I did wait for a bit but the waiting room was spacious and not cramped like some of the other eye clinics I happened to walk by in the same building.
