Food was served swiftly and the portions were huge. Everything we ordered were tasty & swiped clean. The staff Wendy was so friendly and fast. She checked on our food and made sure all are served hot.

First time here at this branch, and service was friendly and quick. In fact, we were told that the food would take more than 20 minutes, but they actually came within 10 minutes. We liked the char grilled chicken chop but did find both pieces to be rather smallish, and without much 'char' taste. We liked the homemade onion sauce, as well as the sides of baked potato, potato salad, coleslaw and corn ribs. The fried items let us down - the fried calamari and tortilla strips was just okay, though I did wish the calamari was a tad crispier. The worst dish was the famous onion rings - the temperature used seemed to need adjusting as the outer skin layer was crispy but the onion inside was still pretty raw. We did not finish that dish at all. Ordering is easy via the QR code, and you pay at the cashier at the end. Lunch for two was just north of $50.

My friends and I regularly meet up at 313@Somerset as it is the coolest food centre that is spacious and able to seat at least 14 of us. It is clean to tip-top condition. It is very crowded around lunch time as the food is nice.

If you want to cancel or change something, they'll make you wait on purpose, even if the store is dead empty. It's my own fault for not going to another provider earlier. As long as they are selling, they are quick. Otherwise they'll deny and stall.

Nice cuppa at % Arabica which is quite a crowd... I would rate this as 3rd in SG and JB: 1. 28 Cafe at Wilkie Road 2. Tiong Bahru Bakery @ Tampines One 3. % Arabica @313 or Jewel 4. Apartment Coffee @Selegie Road (this was supposedly world no. 6 in World Top 100 Coffee Shops list 5. Zus @ Paradigm Mall in JB Have a break 😊
