I visited your clinic on 05-Sept-2025 as a walk in. I already had a test as well as a GP consult done at another clinic. However that clinic didn’t carry the medication I needed. Because of that I walked into Precious medical and was told that while the clinic had the medication, the doctor had left for the day. Instead of turning me away (which all of the other clinics I visited that day did), Priscilla from the front desk took the trouble to help me find another clinic nearby that had the medicine I needed and a doctor who could see me. It is rare to see people go out of their way to help and I wanted to ensure I left my Thanks and Recommendations for Priscilla who is an asset for the Precious medical team. I will be sure to make the clinic my choice for my family’s medical needs and will also recommend to friends because of the impression Priscilla has left on me

Very professional, efficient, fast, caring and compassionate. My wife and I loved especially the caring service of Maria Udani. This was our first check up as a couple and Maria made it seamless, comfortable; she helped us navigate through a program and process we were not familiar with.

I was a patient of Prof Christopher Chen since 2012. He was my best gynecologist I ever had. He helped me a lot for my past 2 pregnancies which I encountered complications and the last one was even more serious, Placenta Previa Grade 4. He had saved all my pregnancies and ensure smooth delivery throughout. He never at once told me that there's a possible risk that I may lost my uterus if I lost too much blood during the delivery when I had Placenta Previa Grade 4. I went to other gynecologists for second opinion, all told me to be mentally prepare for the worst. I consulted him but he would just assure me not to worry. I trusted him and listen to his advice to be admitted to hospital months before delivery while other gynecologist will just advise me to rest at home. He had saved my life and my uterus as I was told I was bleeding heavily during the C section and I spent 3 hours at the operating theater after the delivery. He had to postpone all his appointment on that day itself just to save my uterus. I'm greatly thankful and appreciate what he had done. My family and I will always remember his kindness, humble and the most caring and professional doctor who has the passion to serve his patient in his bottom of his heart and always put his patient interest before him. He will always remained the most honorable doctor we ever had from our hearts. Thank you so much Prof Chen and the clinic nurses!! :)

1. Will not recommend this clinic under IHP 2. Horrendous after-service for claim (process took more than a month and is it still not settle) 2a. Staff made a mistake and advise that the company insurance is not cover under IHP 2b. IHP checked and verify that ACRM is under IHP 3. ACRM is unable to offer refund (thru cash/ cheque and proposed for cheque) Subsequently ACRM submitted claims clinic according to IHP rates (100 bucks lesser) and ACRM did not attempt to contact/ refund payment to patient

Inefficient staff. Incorrect billing and then call back saying they forgot something or the other. Forgot to provide medicine when prescribed by doctor. Take long time to prepare a standard blood test bill. You have to re check everything before leaving the center. Highly frustrating.

The atmosphere is not bad except when it’s dinner time when you can long queue outside. The lamb rack is cooked to medium rare which is really nice and tender. I like the creamed spinach too. Will be coming back to try other dishes.

Had lunch here with my husband and daughter. Service and atmosphere is superb. Was greeted with friendly and welcoming service. However the food didn't meet our expectations. A bit disappointed as we were looking forward to the steaks. The sides tasted a bit off too for the cream spinach. Hope the joint will do better! Will try again next time for the pastas.

Their drinks menu is impressive too, with well-crafted. But what truly made the experience special was the service.
