Worst ramen ever. Really wanna give zero star but it is not an option.. tasteless soup, poor noodle, tough meet...Even got a whole piece of cooked mushroom inside ....... The Hokkaido Marche is just 50m away, don't waste your time and money here.

We were here at 130pm Saturday and was quite surprised to see the place is empty. We were really hungry so we thought let’s give a try. Shoyu ramen - it was ok. Char siew was good but the broth don’t taste like the usual shoyu in other places. 3 ⭐️ Skewers - they were really good. 4 ⭐️ Fried rice - old my Gosh it’s terrible, overfried, some rice was burnt and overall worse than coffee shop 1 ⭐️. They really should remove this from the menu. Ambience - dark and gloomy. They really should light up the place and there is this strange musky smell. 2 ⭐️ Service - service staff was lifeless. 1 ⭐️ Boss was friendly though.

Went with 2 friends for a weekday lunch. Dont think we will ever go back again. 1 small cup of hot green tea which is payable and not refillable. Instead of ramen it's the white 'laksa' bee hoon. The char siew is so so and the soup base cant make it.

Totally unpleasant experience. We were greeted by the owner of the restaurant on 8 Nov around 2pm, who was really nice. He left the place about 30 minutes later and a waiter with curly hair immediately came to me and my friend with bill at 2.30pm while we were in the midst of our lunch. We did not pay as we were still eating. At 3.56pm, he brought the bill to us again and said "Settle this bill now because I am changing shift". I told him okay. And he immediately again said to me "Pay now because my shift ends at 4pm." This is the worse experience I ever have in my whole life in a restuarant in Singapore. FIRST AND LAST VISIT and will also tell my friends about this lousy experience.

The ramen is so tasteless. Although the service is good as the aunties are all friendly. There’s a fish tank blocking the entire cashier space and it’s so strange. And paying for $15 for a bowl of tasteless ramen. Won’t try it again.

Firstly, it doesn't really have that authentic ramen flavour that you can taste outside, the miso ramen, tasted bland, and there was like bits of onions and there was mushroom. However, it taste more towards like a homemade ramen, and despite it tasting quite confusing It was relatively OK, just not the" I will come back to" shop. Ordered the gyoza too feels like steamed Chinese dumplings. Would be better if it was Fry gyoza and the btm being golden brown crispy. That will be a huge improvement. And also, the promotion on the table has expired two years ago, please change it HAHA

Ordered Shio Ramen and it was quite watery and bland. Overall selection quite limited too. Service was quite friendly and quick, though.

Disappointed with the service. The auntie working here seemed like she had no energy or interest in helping customers. When I approached her to ask about promotions, her expression said it all she just replied, “Yeah, have some only,” with no effort to explain further. Moments later, a Caucasian customer walked in and she immediately rushed over to assist them. It was disheartening to witness. I’ve been shopping here since before the renovation and always liked the previous staff they were friendlier and more helpful. One positive note: there was an uncle who approached me while I was browsing and kindly let me know I could try the items on if I wanted. I appreciated that small gesture. I hope the management can better train the staff to at least inform customers clearly about ongoing promotions or discounted items.

Paragon branch. Well stocked location, got my Altra Lone Peak 6s from here. I had a wonderful encounter with one of their staff, his name is Yap. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable not only about the products but also running in general. He shared brief stories of his marathon days in SG, HK, TH, MY and also his joy for trail running. For someone that's only starting with my first half-marathon it was truly wonderful to hear from someone with his breath and depth of experience. Thank you, Yap!
