Great store, great service staff. Had exactly what I needed (Nathan water vest) and helpfully put it aside until I could come and collect later in the day. I didn't get the name of the chap serving but he was great.

Bought Manduka mat here. Asked the lady to give me recommendation the grippiest one, she offered me ekolite. But for me still very veryy slippery (since the beginning of the class). Another problem: I opened the seal at home and found out my mat was chipped😭 tried to reach them via email since I dont live in SG, but got no respond at all. 👎 very disappointed, doesn't worth the price. I don't usually leave a bad review but I don't know how to contact them. So anybody from the store pleaaase reply my email😭.

Kudos to young guy called Sasi who helped me through the pain and time of buying a pair of cross training shoes that could accommodate my bunions, some weeks ago. He took the time to explain which would work for me, pluses and minuses, and got that I just wanted it in black. I’m loving my new shoes!

On Monday afternoon, I walked into Key Motor Sports at Paragon because they are one of the few retailers that carried Brooks running shoes locally. Everything was okay until I started asking for help with the selection. I was asked if I was looking for cushion or support shoes, to which I replied I was looking for support ones. I was then told that the support shoes I was looking for was down to one model in the women’s section. The promoter, a lady, then went to get a model from the men’s section for me to try. That’s completely fine with me and as it turns out, one of the size fits. However, when I asked if there were other colors, she started to look annoyed with me. She then took off the shelf a blue and orange pair, which I rejected immediately, because I did not like the color combination. So I asked if there were other brook models in the shop and she said very impatiently, “We have but you only want support WHAT”. I was quite taken aback. I’m not sure whether she was offended that I rejected the pair of shoes she had tried to offer. Back to the experience. As the conversation went on, she agreed to show me another two pair of shoes (I can’t remember what brand they were, possibly Brooks) and asked which color I would like to try them in. I then asked in return if I could try the size first and she replied rudely, “Can you tell me the colour first so that I can go check?!” At that point, I stood up, said my thanks, handed her all the pair of shoes and left the shop. I am never returning and will strongly advise all my friends against buying from them. A terrible consumer experience.

Bought online and sent me used running tights, just stuffed back in the original box. Been waiting for almost a month now for my refund, even though it clearly states that they received my running tights back! Found out that shopee is withholding my refund, so not sellers fault but seller could easily assist in this matter, as it was their product.

First of all big shout out to Khalid who not only assisted me with the fitting but advise me on what to get and what not, unlike a lot of retailers who push whatever they can for the sake of selling. Appreciate that! I was coming in hoping to bag a pair of HOKA, but ended up walking out with a pair of XStep carbon-plated running shoes (half the price of Nike hehe) excited to try them!

1/2/25 Had a very…inconsistent experience here—let’s just put it that way. Went in the first time to look at ankle braces, and I asked one of the staff (Staff 1) if I could try on the brace. They said it was fine, so I tried it on. While I was trying it on, Staff 2 came over and said that trying on the brace actually wasn’t allowed to do so due to hygiene purposes, so I said ok and put them back in the box. After this, I left the store and came back an hour or so later to look at insoles. I asked a different staff member (Staff 3) if I could try the insoles in my shoes, and they said yes, so I proceeded to try multiple insoles in different styles and sizes. It was a bit of a hassle to get the soles off the rack because to take the ones at the back, one would have to first remove all the ones at the front, or know how to remove the rack to directly access the ones behind. I did this myself at first, and a few insoles later, Staff 2 (who had previously told me that I could not try on the ankle brace, IIRC), kindly came over to help me with two take two insoles from the back of the rack and left. However, after I had tried several insoles (taking and replacing them myself, making sure not to inconvenience the staff any more) Staff 2 came over and said that due to hygiene, I actually can’t try the insoles, to which I replied that her colleague had said that I could (I was also puzzled because she saw that I was trying them on). She then pivoted and said that I can try one or two but that I can’t be trying so many. To this, I said that I was trying each style and some styles in multiple sizes, to see what works for me. She then said, in a rather unfriendly tone, “Shouldn’t you already know your size?” I explained that I was doing so because different brands have different shapes and sizes, so trial and error is necessary to find the right fit. When I added that I was happy to shop somewhere else, Staff 2 replied, indignantly, “It’s ok. Nevermind.” Overall, was an inconsistent experience in terms of staff attitude and communication of store policies :”) Staff 1 and 3 were very friendly though.

Very wide range of brands and products available here for different sports from running to basketball and more. Some of my favorite brands can be found here. Staff were friendly and helpful as well. Thumbs up!

Disappointing Customer Service - Believe the Reviews I recently purchased some items at the Key Power Sports atrium sale at Novena but, due to the disorganised and messy display, I checked out with the wrong size. When I realised the mistake, I returned just four hours later to request a simple exchange for the exact same item in the correct size. To my disappointment, the staff immediately declined, citing an “atrium policy” that does not allow exchanges. While I understand that policies exist, what stood out was the way my request was handled. I asked if they could check with their manager, as I believed a policy set by management should also allow for discretion in genuine cases. However, the staff (Celine) refused, stating they “cannot call the boss for every little thing.” When I pointed out that policies should ideally be flexible for reasonable customer requests, the response was unexpectedly defensive. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, the staff raised their voice and made an unnecessary comparison, saying that even employees at other stores don’t know their boss. This remark was not only irrelevant but also dismissive. Beyond the poor customer service, the atrium itself was cluttered and disorganised, making it difficult for customers to browse efficiently. Instead of assisting customers or tidying up, the staff stood around, seemingly uninterested in improving the shopping experience. A well-managed sale should not only have clear policies but also an inviting setup and proactive service that encourages customers to return. There are many negative reviews about Key Power Sports. After this experience, I now see that the reviews speak for themselves. Believe them. I will not be supporting Key Power Sports again, and I will be sure to let those around me know not to purchase from them either. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both their customer service and the way they run their atrium sales. A little effort in organisation, staff training, and basic customer care would make a huge difference, and in turn bring the business more sales, happy sales.

Buyer beware: I bought 2 of the older model 2XU compression shorts (MA1933b) that were on sale online, but the boxes and product tags were speckled with yellow coloured mold. I don't think these shorts were stored well. The product listing did not disclose their condition either. Seller has a no replacement policy for sale items and and I believe they were on sale for a reason.
