I've been with them since 2012 and have had my smile design and many other treatments done there. Dr. Ong always gives thoughtful advice that's well-suited to my needs—he’s not only professional but also very kind and friendly. It's the only dental clinic where I feel completely at ease. The pain during treatments is always very minimal and bearable, which really helps ease any anxiety. The environment is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff are consistently warm and friendly as well. I’ll definitely keep coming back for future treatments and regular cleanings.

I’ve been training at ReFormd Orchard for 3 months, and I’m really happy with the experience. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and has a motivating environment. Special thanks to my personal trainer, Jian Wei, who is very knowledgeable, patient, and always tailors each session to my goals. He constantly checks my form and keeps me motivated to push harder in a safe and effective way. I’ve seen great improvements in my fitness level and overall confidence since starting here. Highly recommend to anyone serious about improving their health and fitness!

I’m currently in my second trimester and have been training with Natalie, and she’s been amazing. She is certified in prenatal training, and gives me cues on what to look out for during each exercise. She also preempts what to expect as my pregnancy progresses, making me feel safe training with her. She is attentive and adjusts the workouts to suit how I’m feeling. Looking forward to further sessions with her as my belly continues to grow. I’d definitely recommend her to any mums-to-be looking to stay strong and active during pregnancy.

Chek has been a game-changer for my postpartum recovery. After having 3 babies, I was dealing with weak core, separated abs, and zero energy – he understood all of it right away. Every session is carefully planned around what my body can actually handle, gently rebuilding strength without ever risking injury or aggravation. He’s patient, super knowledgeable about postpartum limitations, and makes the progress feel motivating instead of frustrating. Only 2 months in and I can already feel that my core is stronger than pre-pregnancy, I have no more back pain, and I finally feel like myself again. If you’re a new mum looking for a trainer who actually gets the postpartum body, Chek is the one. Cannot recommend him enough!
