Gold rush! Super chaos here. Too many ppl to have a nice coffee. Cashier is very fast but production is too slow. Unacceptable.

I recently did 6 veneers with Dr Ong, and I am really happy with how everything turned out. My smile definitely looks better than before! Dr Ong is very professional and patient, he took time to explain things and made the whole process feel relaxed and not stressful at all. The whole team is also very friendly and welcoming, which made each visit a pleasant experience. After a few small adjustments, I am now really happy with the final result. I had an infection in my old 2 front tooth crown and needed a full replacement. Having had a traumatic dental experience 30 years ago, I was extremely fearful and bracing for the worst. Thankfully, I was recommended to Dr. Kevin Ong at The Dentist@Orchard — and he completely changed my perception of dental care. From the very first visit, Dr. Kevin was patient, kind, and thorough. He was incredibly patient and took the time to explain every step of the procedure clearly. He assured me that things would be different — and painless — and that I was in good hands. Throughout the examinations and treatments, he was warm, friendly, and talkative, sharing stories about his family holidays, which made me feel surprisingly calm and at ease. Honestly, it felt like chatting with an old friend. Over several visits, he removed the old crown, fitted a temporary one (which looked and felt amazingly real), and finally placed my new porcelain crown — all done with great care and expertise. Because it was my front tooth, he made sure I could still meet people confidently during the transition. The final fitting was quick and seamless, and now I’m smiling with confidence again — pain-free and so thankful. Dr. Kevin Ong is the best dentist I’ve ever had. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate professional. 🙏

The staff are very nice and friendly. Especially the receptionist. Cheap for us helpers. I did the cleaning and i am very satisfied. The dentist is very honest he didn't forced me to remove my teeth.
