Went during my birthday month for the complimentary Yukata service. Priscilla did a wonderful job - explaining purpose of each Shiseido products used and answered questions on my current products promptly. Look fwd to hving / seeing Priscilla behind the counter each time as she is always patient and never made me feel rushed.

Kimberly is friendly & approachable. She knows products very well and offer very good customer service. Nice to know her.

Good discount on Christmas, the cashier staffs are super nice, smiling all the time, really shopping experience. Love MUJI!

I work nearby and have always spent my lunch time in Muji Paragon. And I end up bought anything I like. But today 18 Jan between 4.15pm -4.45pm , I bought some stationaries & goodies. I was attended by a cashier and while I was in the line, I have my Muji Passport ready via apps. The cashier noted I was a Muji member but she forgot to scan it which I can't enjoy another 10 % for member. She advised me to come back the next day, to purchase and enjoy the 10%. Why would I do that for her mistakes?? She admitted she forgotten but she refused to void the transaction as she mentioned her incharge was not in good mood!!! Left the outlet with disappointment & I let go the further discount. Staffs need to be more proactive. Nevertheless, the cashier apologises but she can't do anything..

Went on a weekend with my wife to buy new furniture but very disappointed to say that not once were we attended to in almost 20 minutes of shopping. There seems to be an obvious lack of manpower in the store as every single staff was occupied and there was a lot of unoccupied customers, when we finally got a staff's attention it took another 10 minutes as they were so occupied, not to mention the queue to make payment is so long since there is only one cashier! A very bad experience and I certainly won't be coming back to this outlet.

I would suggest the management to remove the bench immediately if you do not want anyone to sit on it.

Singapore is a high-income country, so it's no surprise that Singaporeans love simple but high-quality clothing. In the very center, on Orchard Road, there is a MUJI store where you can buy all sorts of little things for your home and yourself at very reasonable prices. Simple clothes and bags, hats. Simple accessories for the bathroom, kitchen, wardrobe, and bedroom. It was very funny to see some edible food products in this store 😀 Personally, this time I bought very simple but high-quality slippers. In Singapore, the floors in apartments are stone, and it is uncomfortable to walk in socks. I recommend this store to anyone who values comfort and quality. ✌️

It means there are less crowds here and I can shop in peace and ease here. ✅️ Need to compliment the staff here. ***************************************** ✳️ Felicia assisted me in downloading the Muji Passport app + pointed to me the various features. 🟡 Sandra Tan and another guy helped me to look for the Muji 3 coloured masking tape. I am very grateful for their assistance. 🟨 Actually I prefer to shop at this Muji outlet. Because it is not so packed like the Ion outlet.
