This one star review is for the online sale on Aigner SG website. I paid for a bag on 10 July 2023 and waited patiently for 5 to 7 working days to be delivered as stated in the terms. I also emailed on the 4th and 6th day to have an update of my order but Aigner customer service did not respond. Today, 19 July 2023, I emailed the customer service again in the morning hoping to get a reply but still in vain. At 4+pm, I called the parent company Aura Prestige to enquire about my order. My call was passed to an Aigner representative. Judging from her opening greeting, she had read my emails enquiring about my order. She explained that they were waiting for the warehouse to update them on the availability of the bag. The bag was bought from retail store which share the same inventory as website. Does this make sense to anyone reading this? You could have called me immediately after receiving my order and alerted me that item was unavailable and offer refund. And this incident happened TWICE. Actually did your staff choped the bag and left the customer clueless for purchasing an empty stock? If I did not call today, I would still be kept in the dark and no refund offered. Your online services gave awful experience.

Came for the michelin star ramen, stayed for the wagyu beef and alboni salmon sushi. Oishi! The food arrived quite fast. Hot green tea was refillable. The tax & service charge - my kokoro dropped !

As with the other reviews, the food is a little underwhelming. Food also not served at the same time. Plenty of staff but can sometimes be hard getting their attention as they seem to be always in the kitchen area. The ramen soup was definitely not the best you’ll be able to get in Singapore, and the sauce on the wagyu don is just too salty. With so many other places to eat in the building, there shouldn’t be any problems looking for another restaurant to dine at.
A!!
Restaurant is very clean the service is well... below standard I'd say. Very difficult to get the staffs attention. I waited 5 minutes to catch the staffs attention for some soya sauce. The spoon is only for noodles so it's quite difficult to eat rice that I ordered. The food is way too expensive considering the taste, quality and portions. Although the restaurant is marketed as a Michelin restaurant I tried their signature dish the original truffle shoyu it had a strong smell but didn't really taste like anything. Overall very disappointed wouldn't come back and wouldn't recommend.

Food is so so, additional protein added for customer, free egg shell. Replaced with another bowl with broken edges, come serving with no spoon and chopstick, this shouldn't be happening even for a regular restaurant. No apologize, no customer service.

I’ve walked past this restaurant in Somerset a few times but never had the chance to try it until recently when my friend and I decided to walk in. The menu features options like salmon don and ramen, and both dishes were really, really good. The only downside was that the portions felt a little small for the price. However, the quality of the food made up for it, and overall, it was an enjoyable meal.

I ordered the tonkatsu soba and as it’s promoted in big signage it’s the first Michelin star ramen I was expecting an enjoyable meal, sadly it didn’t happen. I’ve been to many other Japanese brand ramen here, Japan and overseas and for this price I would at least expect the food quality to be acceptable. As I know this is just a franchise as long as the meal was nice I would be happy with the money spend however this was a waste of time and money not well spend, I did finish my ramen coz I paid for it but the ingredients were questionable. Anyway they have a choice of local and Japanese for the broth in relation to saltiness, as other stores don’t have this I assume the Japanese version will be super salty and chose the local version. The moment I took a sip it was like having half broth topped up with water, I thought less salty still meant flavour but it wasn’t, when I asked the staff possible to add more of the broth and waited and I was just given a dish of soy sauce. It made the watery broth more palatable. The noodles were ok but the sliced pork were so dry and the egg was weird. The egg center was nice and gooey but the white on the outer layer was really hard and had this weird taste like over processed tofu. I thought I’ll try the tonkatsu and return to try the shoyu but don’t think ill waste my time or money, there are better options for this price.

Try their signature Char Siew Truffle Ramen Soba, the char siews were tendered, truffle soup was flavoured, noodles were chewy and q. Just right portion for a decent meal😋. Staff service are good, friendly and forthcoming. Enjoy my time and food with my frens🙂. Ard $20/- per pax think juz right in Orchard area. …

Very noisy environment as the restaursnt is located at a very open space and alot of people walking around. It is inside 313somerset mall but you dont feel much aircon. Sometimes you can feel the heat from outside. The seats are quite crampy too. Tried the signature truffle noodles. It is $18plus++ but the portion is not alot actually. Maybe its very high-end pricing. The aburi pork also tasted very rough. Nothing fascinating and likely no more next time. Quite disappointed. There are few flies flying around and can be quite irritating too.
