I have been a long time S&D customer, the foods are very good and value for money. However, everytime I am there, I have to tolerate the poor attitude of the staff, they were expressionless and always give the perfunctory look, especially the Indian staff. She is giving the unwelcoming demeanor all the times, no smile at all and give a frustration look when interact with our table. She didn't even give any eye contact or thank us when we made our payment. Overall the vibe she gave was not welcoming us. Also, all the staff masked up for hygiene purposes which I really appreciate it, she is the only one with half mask up, covering the mouth only. I wonder what is her purpose of wearing mask? This happens everytime I visited S&D... This is so sad that S&D serves good food but all ruined by the attitude of the staff.

I have been to Supply & Demand previously, everything is always good.
Until today, when me and my husband visited. I understand that it is a weekend and during peak hour dinner time, but the attitude given from one of the staff - the girl with the red hair and low ponytail to me and my husband before I even sat down, was unacceptable and already made me lose my appetite.
At 6.45pm, We queued and waited for our turn, we didnβt make any reservations. Waited for about 10 mins before she walked past us, holding her hand up to ask us to wait. Waited for another 5 mins then she walked back to us, casually nodded her head up at us as if she is greeting a friend (as if she's saying "what do u want"), not even a "thank you for waiting" or "sorry for the long wait". She asked if we had reservation we said no. Then she said "I need the table back at 8pm." Never encountered such a service at Supply and Demand before. Utterly disappointed.
Food however was great as usual, repeated order of "The Morning After" pizza. Donburis are great as well.
Will come back here but hopefully won't encounter the same server again, or maybe a change in her attitude would be great.

Visited on 7 December 2025 at 8pm, and it was about 80% full, with mostly youngsters creating a lively and energetic atmosphere. The cozy interior and Orchard Road view made it a nice spot for a casual dinner.
We ordered the signature pizza, pita with cheese, and the truffle mushroom risotto β creamy, aromatic, and flavourful. Portions were satisfying and good for sharing. Prices are slightly higher than expected, likely due to the central location.
The staff were busy most of the time, but you can see they were trying their best to serve customers efficiently, even during the peak crowd.

Supply & Demand never disappoints β itβs one of those spots that just feels right every single time. Between the food, the cozy atmosphere, and the live music, itβs the perfect place to unwind and enjoy good company.
