My to go beauty salon in lucky plaza orchard, came here for 3 years and finally did my brow today extremely satisfied with the result. What i love the most is they are super friendly and we just chat and do services. As a customer, i can genuinely feel their care and passion towards customers .

I did my microinfusion acne treatment with Yves in this salon and it is very good. My face condition really improves a lot and it’s just my third session! Very happy with the results. Yves is very professional with the treatment and in understanding skin condition. Recommend you all to come here for your skin.

I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience because I was genuinely disappointed. I booked an eyelash extension appointment via Fresha for 5:30 PM. When I arrived at Level 1, the staff looked confused and didn’t seem to be expecting anyone with a booking. Eventually, I was taken downstairs to a basement outlet, which was fine because i’m aware that they have 3 shops within Lucky Plaza. The procedure was supposed to take just 1 hour, but halfway through, the beautician left to attend to another customer — with no explanation. I ended up waiting around, and the whole appointment dragged until 7:30 PM. No communication, and no offer of compensation for the extra time I had to spend waiting. Not sure if they were short staffed but the least they could do was to inform me right from the start. The work wasn’t exceptionally good either, have had better service elsewhere. Overall the whole experience felt very disorganised.

I've been their customer for more than a year and i'm so happy and satisfied with my eyelash appointments with them. Staffs are nice and acommodating. They can help you and give insights on which type of eyelash would look best for you. I always receive compliments from other people on how my eyelash extensions are beautifully made. They have variety of beauty services so go check them out. Highly recommended!

Always come here for eyebrow facial with Shirley! Very happy to have landed myself in this salon. Because they are really good and friendly and do very nice service. since then has been my to go salon here in Lucky Plaza Singapore. Highly recommended to all to come. Standard and quality is well maintained.

If I can give u zero star I wouldn't hesitate. I really regretted my choice to choose Emily beauty salon for my 1st experience with lip blushing. It will be my first and the last time. Initially I thought it would be a good salon after reading their good reviews. My lip blushing cost me $600+ so I expected some standard given the price tag. But the experience did not really match with the price tag especially after I did my recent lip blushing re-touch. The beautician might have accidentally tattooed out of my lip surface and when I confronted them (#01-49) their so-called manager reassured me that nothing like this had happened before. How can u be 100% sure when it's basically hand free tactics. Who will be so free to kick up a big fuss. Their after sale customer service really doesn't match with the price tag. Just look at the WA text, they don't even bother to reply.

Always have been coming to Emily Beauty Salon for eyebrow embroidery and eyebrow shaping with Shirley. The experience is very nice and I bring my friends to come to this salon for services as well! Highly recommended. They also help me to remove skin tags and warts. Good service.
