I’m a return customer at Solata and I highly recommend Tsubasa-san’s services. He is extremely gentle and professional at his work, and you can safely leave your tresses in his hands. The hair cuts and colours complement my skin tone and face shape, and my hair stayed soft for weeks post-treatment. Oh, and the salon is spotlessly clean too! I’ll definitely be here for the long term 😊

The aunty at the front was super rude; she made a mistake and forgot my order, then blamed me for not standing at the front. I saw her pass my order to someone who arrived later than me, so I waited in line for nothing. Initially, I spoke nicely to her, but she didn't apologize and kept pushing the mistake onto me. She said she would make another fish soup for me but kept getting it wrong, and others who arrived later than me received their orders first. I'm really frustrated with this lady; she's consistently rude, and this isn't the first time. I don't even want to give them one star, and I won't be going there anymore. Super disappointed for her attidtude!

Pretty much one of the the best fish soup in Singapore, so definitely also the best in Orchard road for their price, serving size and food quality. Note, they sell out quite fast into the early-mid afternoon as they cater primarily to the lunch crowd, with pretty long queues around 12pm. My fav is the fried fish and their fried egg, which I always get more of.
