If I can give u zero star I wouldn't hesitate. I really regretted my choice to choose Emily beauty salon for my 1st experience with lip blushing. It will be my first and the last time. Initially I thought it would be a good salon after reading their good reviews. My lip blushing cost me $600+ so I expected some standard given the price tag. But the experience did not really match with the price tag especially after I did my recent lip blushing re-touch. The beautician might have accidentally tattooed out of my lip surface and when I confronted them (#01-49) their so-called manager reassured me that nothing like this had happened before. How can u be 100% sure when it's basically hand free tactics. Who will be so free to kick up a big fuss. Their after sale customer service really doesn't match with the price tag. Just look at the WA text, they don't even bother to reply.

I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience because I was genuinely disappointed.
I booked an eyelash extension appointment via Fresha for 5:30 PM. When I arrived at Level 1, the staff looked confused and didn’t seem to be expecting anyone with a booking. Eventually, I was taken downstairs to a basement outlet, which was fine because i’m aware that they have 3 shops within Lucky Plaza.
The procedure was supposed to take just 1 hour, but halfway through, the beautician left to attend to another customer — with no explanation. I ended up waiting around, and the whole appointment dragged until 7:30 PM. No communication, and no offer of compensation for the extra time I had to spend waiting. Not sure if they were short staffed but the least they could do was to inform me right from the start. The work wasn’t exceptionally good either, have had better service elsewhere. Overall the whole experience felt very disorganised.
