⭐️ for the staff’s service attitude NOT their products. Was looking at the price tag and saw $2 Nett for their juice pouches, walk to the counter and staff informed me it’s not $2 but $3.10 instead. I ask her where’s the price tag? She told me she didn’t know and whether I still want the products. Asked another staff, she also replied she don’t know where’s the correct price tag !!! This is totally not cool, you guys have so many staff and no one realised price tags are wrong, and don’t even bother to do any service recovery. Didn’t expect this coming from such a huge brand like Morher care. Told the staff I am gonna snap a picture and feedback, the price tag was removed immediately. WOW!!!

My family had a very positive experience at Mothercare thanks to Peggy. She was patient, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the products. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and gave thoughtful recommendations, which made our shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Truly appreciate her professionalism and friendly attitude. Please extend our appreciation for her outstanding service!

If you’re going to undertake such a big collaboration being a part of SG60 supermom then it’s only right that you give notice to customers and have your staff act accordingly if you’re going to be closed for dinner and dance on certain days. I and many others booked an appointment to go down the week of the 4th of August and we were all told that we could collect on all days of that week at set times. Went down on the 5th and realised the store had closed at 2pm. Even though there were still a big group of staff inside laughing and talking the store was shuttered and the staff visibly saw and ignored all the families and mothers with newborns that were told to go and collect their SG60 bags there. Do better.

Thank you to all staff at Paragon Mother care. They are very helpful by helping/guiding me to change the stroller wheel Especially to the staff name Vino & William. They really provide us a good service and smile.

Ms Michelle He was very friendly, and knowledgeable. She guided us through the essential items required for a new born. This outlet has suite of items like a one stop centre. Good experience!

I always stop by whenever I go to SG, because the quality remains top notch for the respective price range and I like the simple and elegant design. Staff also always helpful and promote clothes without being pushy.
