I purchased a textured spray from Zara Vivocity and when I got home, the bottle was defective. Couldn't depress the nozzle at all. Since I was going to Ion, I decided to bring it to the Zara store there to ask for a refund or exchange. The cashier told me I had to bring it back to Vivo and "try" to get an exchange there. I got fed up and told him to just throw it away. I know for a fact that it does not matter which Zara store you purchase items from, you are able to exchange and refund at any store. The attitude and lack of customer service is deplorable.

Place feels like a thrift store with insufficient staff. Items are messy & trashed all over. Clothes are so densely packed, making it hard to browse. Expected morbetter standards from a company of this status.

Zara has plenty of nice clothing, but this skirt is poorly made. The seams are unfinished with loose threads, making it look cheap. After wearing it just twice, the fabric started pilling, with tiny fuzz balls forming all over the waist level surface. Worse, the lower part of the zipper began pulling away from the fabric, making it difficult to zip up. Definitely not the quality I expected for the price.

The Zara outlet at Bugis, Singapore, is a great shopping destination for both men and women. It offers a wide variety of stylish and trendy clothing at moderate prices, making it an excellent choice for fashion enthusiasts. The store maintains the same high standards you’d expect from Zara globally, with a well-organized layout and a good balance of casual and formal wear. The staff is attentive and helpful, enhancing the overall shopping experience. If you’re looking for fashionable outfits at reasonable prices, this Zara store won’t disappoint!

Can't believe I find myself reviewing a Zara. One bonus star for having reasonable styles. The entire shop is unorganized, team members not trained to take payments and operate registers, fittingrooms closed and when asked to use we've been met with a very direct (borderline rude) "go use downstairs".

Vino was awesome! She was super helpful and even let me practice with the stroller under her watchful eye! Great service!

Tony is a fantastic salesman - very clear, very thorough and also not pushy. We love how informative he is and how he’s always giving us the best recommendations based on customer insights. He is extremely friendly and does not mind us asking detailed questions. I will keep coming back to the paragon store because of his superior service. Thank you Tony, and team!
