I purchased a textured spray from Zara Vivocity and when I got home, the bottle was defective. Couldn't depress the nozzle at all. Since I was going to Ion, I decided to bring it to the Zara store there to ask for a refund or exchange. The cashier told me I had to bring it back to Vivo and "try" to get an exchange there. I got fed up and told him to just throw it away. I know for a fact that it does not matter which Zara store you purchase items from, you are able to exchange and refund at any store. The attitude and lack of customer service is deplorable.
