I went to Paragon branch to try the Radio Frequency Scalp Treatment since I have an itchy scalp. This treatment is recommended for Dandruff, oily scalp too, hair growth and many others. I'm surprised after 1 session my clogged hair follicles are very clean. My scalp condition was scanned before and after. I'm satisfied! :)

Tried this place due to a credit card promo. My friend and I did the scalp treatment. I did radio frequency, she did stem cell. Unfortunate for her, they washed away her stem cell, mistaking for another treatment, and didn’t apply back for her. For me, I don’t feel any difference. The scalp specialist goes around repeating the same script. “I need you to be more hardworking.. your scalp has a lot of crystals.. 1 treatment will not see result at all..” and will flash a 10 session package at the end of the treatment. And not surprising, they analysed our scalp, both the before and after looks the same. I did a haircut as well. Outside for the price of $68, I could get a Sr Director to cut for me. But here, the skill of the hair stylist pales in comparison and yet they charge the same price. In summary, I feel it’s not worth even despite having credit card promo. I strongly recommend you to try elsewhere.

Came here due to reviews, and I have to say I am very disappointed with the result. Did the hair treatment for the wife and it damaged her hair. Tried the needle treatment and it made me lose alot of hair too. The service of the staff is good but their methods and reviews are questionable. There are alot more better salon at that price range (very expensive actually) nearby, so please do consider before going.

I had hair loss and hair thinning issue for more than a year due to insufficient sleep and stress. I started RF (radio frequency) treatment at Follicle since early February this year, and the effect was amazing. Within 2 months i can see so much improvement on my scalp and hair - cleaner scalp, thicker hair and more hair on the front side. Kai is my consultant and he has been very approchable and friendly. He follows up on my hair issue very closely, and focuses on those serious hair loss parts. Every treatment session is delightful with him :) Thank you!

I purchased a textured spray from Zara Vivocity and when I got home, the bottle was defective. Couldn't depress the nozzle at all. Since I was going to Ion, I decided to bring it to the Zara store there to ask for a refund or exchange. The cashier told me I had to bring it back to Vivo and "try" to get an exchange there. I got fed up and told him to just throw it away. I know for a fact that it does not matter which Zara store you purchase items from, you are able to exchange and refund at any store. The attitude and lack of customer service is deplorable.

One of my favourites. Clothes range from whimsical to serious. So I can have a go at it and find something that I will like, depending on the mood for the day. It’s reasonable so it’s not going to hurt much of my student/part-timer kind of budget. Also, clothes do weather well over the year so well worth it for the quality to the price. Overall well recommended.

We are looking to buy the clothes at the store and this staff with red dyed hair at level 2, look at us with the unwelcome face. So this is how Zara treat the customers? If you dont wish to work at customer service, dont work. We dont owe you anything. We are just happily looking and ruined our mood to even continue. will never come back to this store until this kind of staff exists. better put a disciplinary warning

It labeled $19.90 and then when I was payment they charged me on $29.90. I was asking to fix it and they refused. Zara should know this actually scammed customers. Be aware of that. Check your receipt and make sure they don’t do it to you.
