Terrible experience and unprofessional staff. An old Chinese lady who doesnt speak a word of English was supposed to design my brows. Instead of a pencil, she had scissors and razor all through my beautiful natural brows. It was more than a month ago and still my brow hair is a millimeter long. Furthermore the place is not clean at all. For the sake of your sanity don't get any services at this place.

After much thought, I chose HighBrow, whose approach through micro/nano-needling deeply resonated with my personal belief—particularly their emphasis on colouring process. What followed was an experience defined by quality service, genuine patience, & not a hint of hard selling. I truly impressed by their warmth & excellence of service. A heartfelt thank you to Mr Andy, the Art Director, passionate with skilled artistry gave me the sharp, confident look I needed—to face the world & remind myself that I am still very much alive, present, and thriving. Very pleased with the Laser removal (of previous brow embroidery) result from this place. Below photo on the far left was my old stubborn colour that i had tried removing with 3 sessions in previous place to no significant difference. Middle is the result after 1 round of laser removal treatment from highbrow. Far right is after 2nd session. Very pleased! Ready to start over with the new brows. Separate review for that. Sally was my therapist. She was patient and kind, reassuring the process and not rushing to finish the job👍🏻 the treatment is not comfortable, even after the numbing cream, i can still feel different degree of rubber band being snapped onto our flesh kind of sensation, but she would check every now and again if the pain is bearable. Totally worth it!

Yii is the receptionist and responds to the outlet WhatsApp. She’s very friendly, helpful and kind, and carried a cheerful smile when you enter the outlet, definitely a good start to every appointment! :) Keep up the good energy!

I first met Sally on 9 June for my brow embroidery, and I was so impressed by her professionalism and skill. She took the time to design the perfect brow shape to suit my features, and the results looked so natural — I received so many compliments from friends and colleagues! I just went back for my touch-up session, and once again, Sally was incredibly meticulous and thorough. She made sure every stroke was precise, and the end result is even better than before. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about her work and your satisfaction, I highly recommend Sally. She's amazing at what she does!
