He even went the extra miles to follow up with customers promptly and get things done without any hassle. His service and professionalism are truly remarkable! I had a fantastic experience purchasing a camera from this store. The manager, Shawn, and his colleagues, Nyaucus and Han, provided exceptional service. They were incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions and ensure I found the perfect camera for my needs. Didn’t even plan to go in, just walked in to kaypoh a bit 😂 Ended up asking Santoz about a zoom lens and he was damn chill and helpful. Answered all my questions, super friendly, no hard sell at all. Also didn’t know Sony has crash courses that users can sign up for, very very useful !! He even helped me figure out the points system for my sony acc. Rly glad I bumped into Santoz, ended up buying my lens with no regrets !

had an unplanned visit to the SONY store on Black Friday Monday but wasn’t prepared to buy a camera. Santos helped to guide me through the differences between the APS-C/full frame camera - I really appreciated that he was honest in his recommendations and did not try to upsell more expensive products that I had no need for, for the sake of sales. I decided that I wasn’t ready to make my big purchase despite it being the last day of sales on Monday. Went back again today and was assisted by Yogi who was also really helpful in his sharing. Even though I came after the Black Friday sales had ended, Yogi made sure to contact Santos to confirm the price of the camera that was previously offered to me. Thank you Santos for fulfilling your promise of this special price - really appreciate it! Looking forward to using my new camera :)

Brother Nelson went above and beyond. Gotta say, he blew me away with the whole comparison process, and made me very confident with the purchase. What I appreciate most about him was the fact that he was very patient every single time we went back to consider the unit, and we went back quite a few times to pester him. So yeah. We visited the Sony Store at Wisma Atria today to purchase a Sony TV and had a wonderful experience. Mr Shawn, the store manager, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He provided clear explanations and offered thoughtful recommendations based on my needs. I took about 20 minutes to decide on the TV size, and Shawn remained helpful and patient the whole time, making the experience very comfortable and enjoyable. I would also like to extend my thanks to Mr Won Han and the entire team at the Wisma Atria Sony Store for their excellent service. It was an unexpected visit to the Sony Store at Wisma Atria as I was waiting for my lunch appointment and I thought to survey the mirrorless camera I had been eyeing for many years. I was not ready to commit to any purchase then as I was unsure if this casual photography interest of mine will be taking a pivotal turn into a more serious hobby. Then behold, I met Shawn who gave me a nudge to take it on. Shawn is such a friendly store manager who understands the needs of his client and he is ever ready to share his professional opinions with me. I am grateful to him and his colleague, Ragon, for their kind attention and splendid service rendered to me. I eventually bought a Sony a7 IV full frame camera and related accessories on a second visit a week later. It has been a great pleasure shopping at Song Store in Wisma Atria. I highly recommend this store for their excellent customer service and professionalism. Keep up the good work guys!
