Alexis assisted me while I was browsing for a pair of running shoes. He took the time to explain the differences between various models and helped me understand which type of shoe best suits my pronation. He also brought out several options from different brands for me to try on. Although I decided on a pair, the color I liked wasn’t on sale yet. Alexis kindly advised me to keep an eye on their social media channels for future updates. I truly appreciated his warm and friendly assistance throughout the experience.

Came back here 2 times hoping for a different experience. Each time I come to look for a shoe, the service is as horrendous as the previous. Approach the staff for assistance, but they shove the work to each other and suddenly the staff that was assisting would disappear. They were uninterested to assist and gave a cant be bothered attitude when I asked for some advice. Would not provide any help when I needed advices on which shoe to choose. They would just run behind the counter and stand in the store room and talk to each other instead while there are customers outside looking for staff working here. Ultimately the worst experience in a retail shop and do not bother coming back to get shoes from this place.

I went to iRun looking for Altras. Long story short, some salesperson there gaslit me into buying half a size up. It didn't quite feel right on the spot, but he said noooooooo, you MUST always have 1 finger's width between your big toe and the edge of the shoe. 15km later, I'm looking to sell the shoes because they just don't feel right. They flop around, especially on my downhill runs. When sizing is an issue, mass market stores like iRun are NOT the right place to go to get good advice. Listen to your feet or a real expert, not what some clueless shoe salesperson tells you.

As a returning customer, I've always been satisfied with my purchases here. I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by the team. All the staff members are accommodating, and a particular shout-out goes to Alexis for their excellent assistance with the product. Highly recommended!

Couldnt stop myself from writing this, i went there looking for shoes and only one customer was sitting on bench waiting for his shoes to try on. I have to call for staff to assist me. Asked her if theres specific section for trail shoes. The staff give me blank look. I understood and okay if she is a new staff. She pointed trail shoes to me which was men trail shoes. More senior staff came over and said that limited trail shoes available in Singapore (???). Should’ve said limited choices available in your store instead of saying in Singapore . I asked for his opinions and recommendations, he said any brand is fine and quite hard selling for me buy from choices that i have. Went out from the store with mixed feeling of what just happened.

Their shoes are excellent, and the service is outstanding! I’m so happy with the shoes I bought! Had a lasting impression with Hamizan who served me today. Came couple weeks back with my husband and he immediately recognise us. I was delighted that he able to remember my concerns and shoes that i wanted to purchase the other day. He was ever patient with my requests and knowlegable with the products presented. I had an excellent experience with Hassan at iRun 313 Somerset! He was extremely knowledgeable, observant, and ethical in his approach. He asked to see my feet without shoes and immediately understood my needs — extra wide feet, slightly flat arches, and the need for both stability and zero drop shoes. Every pair he showed me was carefully shortlisted to meet my specific requirements, not just to make a sale.
