Jess did an amazing job with my manicure! She was careful, detailed, and really made sure the shape and finish were perfect. The whole experience was relaxing and my nails look great. Highly recommend her service!

Terrible service. I was in the store for quite a while and not a single staff approached to assist. When I finally decided to try a pair of shoes, the salesman told me to wait, even though there were three staff inside and no other customers being attended to. After standing there for some time without any follow-up, I just walked out. Definitely expected better service from a brand like this. Should fire the 3 staffs that were working there today (21/10/2025) for the attitude shown.

I wanted to try on some apparel but guess what they don’t even have a fitting room! For a running store that sells running apparel they don’t even have a fitting room for you try, absolute joke. So I took a chance and got 2 running Ts and one of them didn’t fit so i went back to the store next day to exchange. Only then did the staff tell me that because it is sale item there is no exchange, but they don’t bother to highlight this policy to customers at point of purchase. Besides that, staff just seem uninterested to serve, busy talking among themselves and not acknowledging customers. Won’t be coming back here again

Do not disturb them. They are busy with their phones. When I said Hi! Response is …. When I asked do you have this model? Sold out. Great customer service. Enjoy!

Came back here 2 times hoping for a different experience. Each time I come to look for a shoe, the service is as horrendous as the previous. Approach the staff for assistance, but they shove the work to each other and suddenly the staff that was assisting would disappear. They were uninterested to assist and gave a cant be bothered attitude when I asked for some advice. Would not provide any help when I needed advices on which shoe to choose. They would just run behind the counter and stand in the store room and talk to each other instead while there are customers outside looking for staff working here. Ultimately the worst experience in a retail shop and do not bother coming back to get shoes from this place.
