An oasis in the Paragon centre, eschew the food hall and instead head up to level 1 and “Paul’s”. The coffee was superb (perhaps equal to the best we’ve had in Singapore) and we sat outside and tucked into Croque’s (sans eggs) and they were terrific too. It quiet after Orchard Roads madness - try it you won’t be disappointed !

We were at paragon outlet for after dinner desserts and drinks. Also did a single cake celebration for my sister. Friendly and helpful staff. We love Paul’s pastry and cakes!

Always been our favourite ‘Tea Time’ restaurant when we’re in Ochard Road. Love the the wide selections of pastries & others. The staffs are always friendly & professional. Very prompt with the service. Today we were served by one of your staffs, Hamidah. She is polite & friendly. Thank You PAUL Paragon.

Had a wonderful experience at Paul! The food was excellent - authentic French flavors and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The quality really stands out compared to other cafes in the area. The service was also impressive. Staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. They were knowledgeable about the menu and happy to help with recommendations. Overall, a great spot for French cuisine in Orchard. The combination of delicious food and good service makes it worth visiting. Highly recommend!

Food is not bad, but prices are way too high to be justifiable. It's also a pity that they don't stick to the authentic use of ham in the croque madame, but instead use turkey ham. Got the chicken roulade, which was not bad, the chicken itself was quite tasty. However, they took really long to serve it even when there was only one other customer when I visited. Portion was really small, which was disappointing considering the price paid. Service was alright, the waiters were friendly but they were also a bit too loud when they were chatting by the side, affecting the ambience. Overall, I probably won't be returning, it simply isn't worth the high price point.

We celebrated Father's Day at Paul Paragon today and had a wonderful experience. The food prepared was not only delicious but it was freshly prepared, flavourful, and beautifully presented. The pastries were especially amazing, and the mains did not disappoint. The service crew were attentive and friendly, which made our celebration feel extra special. Cozy ambience added to the charm. A lovely spot for a family meal or a special occasion. Highly recommend!

Food was a huge disappointment . Ordered the avocado poached eggs on toasted brioche. Eggs ain’t the best, brioche was terrible. Had some of the brioche and I just left it aside. It was So dense, tough and chewy. Feels like bread in the fridge for a couple of days. It was so bad that I highlighted to the server . Saving grace was the service. Manager ( can’t rem his name) immediately approached me to ask if I would like to change it to sourdough or another bread of my preference, told him 1 slice of sourdough is good enuf, he served me a few slices with butter on the side. Place was crowded but he still approached me thereafter to check if the sourdough was alright. Service recovery was fantastic.

Very nice establishment to dine or have coffees. Menu is always top notch. So are the prices, but you get quality dishes in return. We had a very good experience with the service from Wenle, who served us with utmost friendliness and patience. Will definitely come here again.

Paul has always been my favorite place to drink coffee, eat gourmet meal and everything! The Parisian atmosphere reminds me of French cafe at its finest 🖤
