Haven’t heard of Old Seng Choong before. Chanced upon it while walking in the basement of Paragon. Decided to buy the Lao Po Bing 老婆饼, charcoal egg tart and creme brûlée tart because they look so appetising. The taste is as good as they look!! 😋😋😋

- TL;DR: DO NOT waste your time here. Amazingly scammy place. Lack of maintenance for all the machines. Tickets may not pay out. Machines may not work after accepting coins. If you just want to kill time with your kids here, trust me, the kids are not going to be happy either since they do not get to play Chronology: - Took us 1 hour to play 6 machines because 5 of them are not working either after accepting our coins or mid way. In 3 of them, the tickets will not pay out - We finally got frustrated and told them to refund us our money (we had so many leftover coins because we have to keep on waiting for them to fix the machines) and they told us that they can’t do that. - After we showed that we were visibly upset, finally they say “how about we make you a membership and put the coins in your member card for next time?” - Since there is no other way, we agreed and they say we have to pay for the card. Then we have to wait 20 more minutes because the counter lady needs to call somebody to get it done….. - Finally when we are done, they informed us the card will expire at the end of the year (It was July when this happened) - At this point, we were actually impressed at the level of scamminess

Don’t miss Old Seng Choong if you’re hunting for beautifully presented Singaporean treats! I tried their egg tarts recently and they were honestly really delicious — rich, smooth, and had that perfect buttery crust. You can tell they put a lot of care into both the flavor and packaging. That said, the prices are on the higher side, so it feels more like a special occasion buy or a thoughtful gift rather than an everyday snack. Overall, a classy spot for premium local goodies that’ll definitely impress! Would totally recommend for souvenirs or celebrations.

Worst Experience Ever! As a loyal customer, I have always brought my kids to Cow Play Cow Moo, but this time, I had the worst experience ever. Due to a system issue, my coins disappeared. When I asked a staff member for help, instead of assisting, he accused me of lying! His rude attitude was completely unacceptable. I will be reporting this incident to the relevant department. As a paying customer, I expect better service and respect. This experience has truly disappointed me, and I hope the management takes action to improve their staff training and customer service.

Thanks to Nicholas, claw machine staff or good service and patience in assisting with the claw machine. Thanks Ms SG, counter cashier for good explanation as I'm a "high roller", she ensure that I have understood which top up and promotion , lucky draw, points redemption etc. really appreciate the assistance from them. However, I would like to point out is that the claw machine is really hard to get it. I don't feel like there's any "guaranteed claw chance" 保夹, I've spent almost $100 on a single blinbox claw machine and it's to no avail. None of the box I can manage to claw it... Management should look into this. While I enjoy the thrills and dopamine flows like roller coaster 🎢 but many claw machines really feel like a scam for money. I have played in other arcade brands like the one in hougang mall, if the customer cannot get a single plushie/ blindbox, just inform the staff and they will ask which one is your favourite, but it's limited choice, can get a complimentary one to ensure there is no disappoinment among the customers. Next time, I'll just buy the real blindbox like Labubu , Crybaby at Popmart instead in future...

The arcade is good. Lots of good games and the prizes are really good. But really need to make the experience worthwhile for all the guests. Because this is a place made for children and people to have fun go. Good luck and more power.

Lady staff very patient and polite in explaining about the top up and lucky draws, previous visit another young lady also very hard working. Staff male running the floor with tickets were also very fast and nice Malay guys. My kids love them!!

The one and only cashier on break at peak hour. No one could change our cards (new system) for us. Says to wait for an hr. (On a seperate day) They won't allow to authorise someone else to do the change of card. When it states here a photo ID of the person is required. When I showed the person at suntec, they said "spouse are two seperate person. You cannot show me his ID" Thankfully, the part timer was very helpful and tried to ask the other staff for help The cashier was serving us half way (asking us questions/sorting our card out) and she suddenly went on to serve another customer. She said "no choice, lucky draw is priority"

Big thanks to Afiq and Myo for their help! I completely lost track of time while playing, and by the time the arcade was about to close, I still had a lot of tokens left in the machine. I rushed to use them all before closing, but still had to wait for the tickets and card draws, which took quite a while. During that time, the card-drawing machine kept freezing up (probably because I hit the card chance too many times), and Afiq and Myo patiently helped me restart it multiple times to make sure I got all my rewards. I’m really sorry they had to stay past their shift, and I truly appreciate their kindness and assistance. CPCM at 313 is by far my favorite arcade to visit!

Very professional and accommodating staff. cool lucky draw promotion now! Manager in grey shirt and staff in long sleeves were very understanding and helpful. good outlet!
