- TL;DR: DO NOT waste your time here. Amazingly scammy place. Lack of maintenance for all the machines. Tickets may not pay out. Machines may not work after accepting coins. If you just want to kill time with your kids here, trust me, the kids are not going to be happy either since they do not get to play Chronology: - Took us 1 hour to play 6 machines because 5 of them are not working either after accepting our coins or mid way. In 3 of them, the tickets will not pay out - We finally got frustrated and told them to refund us our money (we had so many leftover coins because we have to keep on waiting for them to fix the machines) and they told us that they can’t do that. - After we showed that we were visibly upset, finally they say “how about we make you a membership and put the coins in your member card for next time?” - Since there is no other way, we agreed and they say we have to pay for the card. Then we have to wait 20 more minutes because the counter lady needs to call somebody to get it done….. - Finally when we are done, they informed us the card will expire at the end of the year (It was July when this happened) - At this point, we were actually impressed at the level of scamminess

Cashier is rude and impatient. The line to the front counter is always long and slow for this particular outlet. I waited 30mins to redeem prizes. If there is a long queue building up, they should consider to open up a 2nd counter. Side note: they do have hello kitty mahjong sets and monopoly

Okay, I have to be honest—there’s no way to win the claw machine, even after spending $400. I tried the labubu x how2work machine, where it’s 5 tries for $20, and after 100 attempts, nothing’s coming out. I’m not upset because I know there’s no guaranteed win, but when the labubu craze hit in 2024, the odds felt much better. Back then, I never went home empty-handed after spending $100. This year, though, it’s a whole different story. I’m doubtful I’ll support them again.

We just did PWS photoshoot at this CPCM outlet 😀 wonderful backdrop & wide variety of exciting arcade games 🕹️ 👾. Staffs were kind to give us free coins to use the machines for our photography! 👏👏 …

Today, on 18 December 2025, I visited CPCM at Somerset, where a lucky draw event for Gold members and above was being held. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The operator, Fiona (approximately in her 50s), appeared visibly frustrated when I requested to participate in the lucky draw. She showed clear reluctance to assist and expressed her irritation through audible sighs and unfriendly facial expressions while entering my IC and card number into the system. If staff are unwilling to assist customers during promotional events, then management should reconsider organizing such activities. Based on repeated experiences, many CPCM outlets seem to employ staff with poor attitudes and unprofessional conduct, which reflects badly on the company. Once I finish using my remaining tokens and tickets, I will no longer support this establishment. I would also strongly advise others not to visit, as such negative encounters can easily ruin one’s day.

Used to be my favorite arcade years ago but disappointed to find out that they’ve now gated many machines to members only by gluing the coin slots up. Some of the machines also had issues where you put in a token and it doesn’t register, yet you can’t eject the token you’ve just put in. The ultimate disappointment was finding out that you’d need to have a membership to count the tickets at the automated ticket counting machines. Should’ve been made clear at the token machines imo or just completely remove the non-member token option

Horrible!! Worst arcade ever and super noisy! There are many types of coins, medals, card to buy with no explanation. Ended up buying coins but cannot use at 80% of games, should have just used all card to avoid people confusion and waste of money!! At the end spend money for nothing

Worst Experience Ever! As a loyal customer, I have always brought my kids to Cow Play Cow Moo, but this time, I had the worst experience ever. Due to a system issue, my coins disappeared. When I asked a staff member for help, instead of assisting, he accused me of lying! His rude attitude was completely unacceptable. I will be reporting this incident to the relevant department. As a paying customer, I expect better service and respect. This experience has truly disappointed me, and I hope the management takes action to improve their staff training and customer service.

Horrible place. On first glance this place looks exciting as it’s packed with huge games but a lot of the machines don’t work and won’t take the coins. The lady at the counter is very rude and you have no choice but to interact with her if you want to cash in the tickets. Not worth the money. Also if you don’t have a member card you can use the machines to buy tokens with paywave and the machine will advertise 3 options but the paywave mechanism only allows you to pay $20. That’s quite a low cash grab. Also they’ve stuffed so many games in that it’s quite hard to walk and because all the machines are close to each other it’s incredibly loud. If you’re not into chance games then this arcade is really not for you because easily 80-90% of the games are chance/gambling type of games so check it out before paying for the tokens. I preferred this place when it was run by Fat Cat. Not coming back.

Don’t miss Old Seng Choong if you’re hunting for beautifully presented Singaporean treats! I tried their egg tarts recently and they were honestly really delicious — rich, smooth, and had that perfect buttery crust. You can tell they put a lot of care into both the flavor and packaging. That said, the prices are on the higher side, so it feels more like a special occasion buy or a thoughtful gift rather than an everyday snack. Overall, a classy spot for premium local goodies that’ll definitely impress! Would totally recommend for souvenirs or celebrations.
