Love the ambience and the facilities. I think I have found my favourite Onsen spot in Singapore! I truly enjoyed the Private Hinoki Onsen session and came out feeling less fatigued and lighter. The amenities provided are thoughtful. I also did an aromatherapy massage (60min) with their signature aroma oil and I felt super relaxed, less tensed and rejuvenated! looking forward to my next session here already!

Great massage and lovely staff! The massage was really good and the service was amazing. The staff were super sweet and made sure to ask about the pressure before starting, so everything felt just right. I’ll absolutely come back again next time!

First time coming here for a aromatherapy massage and scrub with my bff in celebration of Mother’s Day. The service was great. Masseur was detailed because I requested more attention to my back and neck. Overall I would definitely come back for another session to pamper myself again.

Awesome spa experience! Came here with my beloved boyfriend and he and I agree that it was one of the best massage experiences we’ve had. Ambiance is clean and sophisticated, staff are all friendly and welcoming and masseuses are well skilled. Masseuses helped release a long time knot in my left shoulder blade and helped with my boyfriend’s wrist pain. Would recommend and would come back again.

My favourite massage place in Singapore! The therapists are always very friendly and thoughtful, checking in if we are comfortable. Today my therapist even remarked that I was very stiff (which I am 😭) and helped me to apply Tiger Balm ❤️ …

Took the 1hr Thai traditional massage and onsen. Massage was firm and on point, onsen bath was relaxing. Facilities are clean and staff friendly. They do not try to sell your packages at the end of session, which is a plus point and makes it an overall pleasant and relaxing experience.

My husband and I were served by Ernest and we were super happy with his service! We needed a pair of prescription sunglasses urgently and Ernest attended to us patiently even though he was closing for the day. He even showed us the different models and colours. Thank you Ernest!

I have been going back for their massages (amazing btw), Onsen (love), and just tried out the RF Slimming (great) — you are in great hands as Sabaai’s therapists are all very skilled and kind! My therapist was Carmen and she is very professional :) 0 hardsell of spa packages, and products - which i genuinely appreciate as this adds to our relaxation experience! Absolutely blown away by my experience at Sabaai Sabaai Thai Massage! I opted for the soft-medium strength when asked by the masseur, and it was perfectly balanced - firm enough to hit all the right pressure points yet gentle enough to stay relaxing throughout. The therapist clearly knew what she was doing, and every movement felt intentional and effective. I’ve been to many well-known, big-brand massage chains across Singapore, but nothing has ever come close to the quality and care I received here. A special shoutout to May, who worked her magic with such skill and precision - she’s truly exceptional. I walked in with stiff shoulders, an aching neck, and back pain that had been bothering me for days, and walked out feeling like a brand new person. All the tension just melted away. It was honestly one of the most effective massages I’ve ever had! This hidden gem deserves all the praise it gets (and more), and I’ll definitely be back. If you’re looking for a massage that actually delivers results while making you feel completely at ease, this is the place to go. Highly, highly recommended!
