Nicole, the sale consultant is very friendly, patient and professional. It took me a while to choose a proper fitted model, ended up with ordering a personalised one, Nicole did really great. Thanks to her I have a really cool fitted model. Thank you!

Finally, a RayBan flagship store in Singapore! Excellent place to shop for your spectacles and not just ordinary specs at that. I love RayBan since I was a small child because that’s the only brand my Papa, Mama, Tito and Grandpa would wear. It’s nice to just look around and buy the perfect pair you like. Staff are attentive and friendly.

The staff named Henie has an excellent attitude. I went to change my lenses, and she was incredibly friendly and very patient throughout the process. Five-star rating for her!

I had a phenomenal experience purchasing frames from Somerset Ray-Ban. The sales consultant, Hui Min, did a great job explaining the options I had and ordering the frames. I went in another day to check on the order, saw something else I liked, and sales consultant Henie did an awesome job of helping me find the color I wanted, ordering them, and informing Hui Min of the change. The staff at this location are super knowledgeable, very friendly, and extremely professional.

I had such a great experience with Nicole Ng! She has an incredible knack for knowing exactly what will work for me, almost like a 6th sense. I needed a pair of progressive glasses this time. (yes they do normal glasses too! not just sunglasses!) Before even trying on the lenses, she seemed to know the right prescription, and she was spot-on. She was so patient throughout the process, taking the time to explain everything and making sure I felt comfortable with each step. On top of that, she helped me pick frames that not only suit my face but also match my style perfectly. She really listens, understands what you like, and makes the whole experience smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for both expertise and a personal touch.

Best Rayban outlet in SG. Lovely staff. Amazing attitude. Memorable experience. Expert staff, Hui Min and Henie, explained the different models and plans well. Hui Min even stayed past the end of her shift to help out. She recommended models that suited us best and ensured that we ordered the models that we are most comfortable with. Kindest staff I've ever met. Will return :)

I had an outstanding experience at the Ray-Ban 313 store thanks to Amani. Even though it was past closing time, she stayed on to help adjust my sunglasses and made sure they fit perfectly, all with genuine patience and care. Excellent service—Amani truly went the extra mile!

I have been going back for their massages (amazing btw), Onsen (love), and just tried out the RF Slimming (great) — you are in great hands as Sabaai’s therapists are all very skilled and kind! My therapist was Carmen and she is very professional :) 0 hardsell of spa packages, and products - which i genuinely appreciate as this adds to our relaxation experience!
