The worse place I ever went !!! They use advertising to scam me in with 198 /5 times and then one time free trial ! When I said I want to try instead of paying directly they treat me like garbage and they did not even 10 minutes treatment within it another lady went into my room for 4 times ,keep interrupting,want to hard sell me !!! After they realized I will not buy their package they are trying to get me out asap !horrible ! A pure waste of my time ,very very bad ,if I can give minus 5 I will !

Waited 15 minutes after my registration for them to call me to the consultation room. In the consultation room, she used my eye bags as a reason to get me to upgrade my trial cyro eye to a more intensive treatment for $198 for first timers. After i turned her down, she left and i waited for 30 minutes before walking out of the shop. Whole time the attitude of the people there was very bad like they didn't want to be working there, only when there are commisions for them will they act friendly with you. Even their music in the waiting room keeps being interrupted... cannot chill in the consulation room in peace.

They didn't deliver as what they advertise, when i reach i had to register that took left then 3mins. Then made me wait 20mins for the consultant to attend to me and did a brief explanation of what we'll be doing today which is just 15mins of red light over the bust area which they claim it would improve blood circulation. And THAT'S IT nothing else, no other treatments was given. I asked them what about the "busy enhancement treatment" that i sign-up for. They said that that's not included today is only for blood circulation and detoxing using the red light. I wasted an hour just to have red light over my chest for 15mins. I DONT RECOMMEND DOING ANY SERVICES WITH THEM! Please save your time and money and go to a trustworthy and senior company in this field like "the bust specialist". Their treatments are wayyy better and cheaper.

My sister went for a trial and was pressured into buying a $3,000 package (originally $15,000!) by a staff named Jaime who kept interrupting her treatment to hard-sell. She felt trapped and couldn’t leave without paying. Afterwards, her cheek was swollen and painful – she now has to see a doctor at her own cost. She is depressed and upset. When I called to ask for a refund, they said they need to send to Hong Kong for approval. Company registered in Sin, UEN under Sgp. What lame excuses is that? The therapist Alva rudely hung up on me when I called and she said she can’t speak English. This company (formerly Modern Beauty, now New Beauty) clearly rebranded to hide their bad name. We’re demanding a refund and will report them to CASE and Small Claims if needed. Stay away!

From a 45-60 min session to 15-min session Shortest treatment I have ever had! Thank you. My first and last time here. Travelled an hour for the miserable 15 mins.

Jenny is an amazing therapist. She is professional, friendly, bubbly and chatty but makes you feel comfortable. She gives her customers her 100% effort and is great at coming with ideas and advises you on trying different services to help achieve results. I always look forward to my sessions with her. I had a wonderful experience with Nicole and Connie during the Eye R6 trial. Both were incredibly gentle and made the entire process comfortable. They were professional, attentive, and made sure I felt at ease throughout. I truly appreciated their calm and caring approach. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a pleasant and seamless treatment experience!

Saw the promotion for Free R6 Eye Treatment + $198/5 sessions. Clarified with them on the duration of the session prior to my arrival and they mentioned it was an hour. After registration which they made you watch a 1 min video, a lady tried to upsell me and when I wasn’t interested she told me that the session is for 10mins and it’s up to me whether I want to proceed with the trial. Wasted trip down.

I normally didn't give bad feedback. But this is a scam & wasted my time & money. Befote and after the session, they treated me like i wouldn't buy any package from them. After the so called trial session, they don't have feedback form to leave a feedback to them. So lame and wasted my time & energy.

I came across the R6 eyebag treatment through a Facebook ad and decided to give it a try. Upon arrival, I waited for about 30 minutes before the consultant attended to me. During that time, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of insincerity. The consultant appeared unfriendly and dismissive when interacting with the front desk staff, but suddenly became overly smiley and polite when dealing with customers. It felt very fake and put on. During the consultation, I was told that the R6 eyebag treatment is only available on Thursdays and Fridays — a detail that was not mentioned in the advertisement. I was also informed that, due to signs of aging, my skin required a more advanced lifting treatment. I agreed to proceed and paid SGD 988 for a one-time session that lasted around two hours。 I chose not to purchase any packages, as I found the pricing quite expensive for me personally. What made the experience worse was the repeated upselling — both consultants kept pushing me to sign up for a package “trial price” of $988 for multiple sessions. One of them even said it would take 18 sessions — seriously? That felt like a joke. The Hong Kong consultant even remarked, “Don’t waste my time” — mind you, I had already paid $988 for a single session. I found that extremely rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, I overheard one of the consultants saying — clearly within earshot from the treatment room — “好讨厌的滴新加坡人” (“Such annoying Singaporeans”). I believe this was said intentionally for me to hear, especially since I had mentioned during the session that I am local. That comment was both disrespectful and unacceptable. Overall, the entire experience felt unprofessional and lacking in basic courtesy and class (没品). I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. Even upon leaving, I had to wait another 20 minutes just to get my receipt, which they insisted I collect. They also asked me to sign a disclosure form stating there are no refunds — and to be honest, I wasn’t even fully clear on what I was signing. To the management of New Beauty: Your current business strategy feels like a step backward (开倒车). Most beauty salons today promote a “no hard selling” approach, yet your staff continuously pushed for packages and behaved unprofessionally toward customers. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements to your customer service and sales practices. I wish to give minus 5 stars review! Seriously!
