Have received a gift from my friends when my newborn arrived! Didn’t realise that the backing of the snap buttons was off until I let my child wear it when she is older (because it was size 9m)! Tried to ask the shopkeeper via Instagram if they can do an exchange or mend it from their end (as the backing of the snap buttons seem to be done using a professional machine), but they can’t help because it was past the exchange period of 15 days! Pretty disappointed by the quality of the product though the designs are nice

Visited the Paragon store to pick up a birthday gift and was assisted by Jasmine — she was extremely helpful and made the entire shopping experience a truly pleasant one.

Came last week with my niece. Such a cute shop, but sadly many clothes don’t have full sizes just like this panda one, such a pity as my niece really liked this. The 2 ladies Jas and Yun there were very helpful and we still managed to get something else in the end. ☺️
