They state clearly with many photos of items. Trust is important, I don’t like resellers who list excellent condition only for me to go down and it’s in very bad shape. In this aspect I think FL does a great shop and they have earned my trust and confidence to shop online via their app with them!

This is my first visit to First Luxury to sell my bag. Jasmine and her colleagues are professional, patient and experienced. Most importantly I feel most comfortable being there. After careful examination, Jasmine confirmed the bag was never used and the bag and leather in pristine condition agreed and advised the item will not be on display in-store instead it will be sold on the First Luxury website. Still undecided about giving up my bag, I was comfortable to leave my bag overnight in the store and went back the next day. Seeing I couldn't part with it, Jasmine, ready to submit for consignment, advised me to take the bag home and reconsider. I paid a premium to acquire this bag, and finally informed Jasmine I couldn't part with it now. Whilst the sale didnt proceed, Jasmine and her collagues left a good and lasting impression. I would choose First Luxury knowing the item is in careful hands if it is returned to me unsold. I would return to deal with them and highly recommend to serious sellers looking for stress and worry free sale and buyers looking for unique and genuine pieces.
