I would like to compliment Doctor Tan Nam Guan from Apple ENT. He is a very experienced ENT specialist. He is patient to hear my conditions and tell me about the various causes of the sickness and treatment options. He also help me to fill up section D form for my medicine. I would highly recommend Doc Tan. Thank you Doc Tan!

I was happened to see Dr Tan Nam Guan by act of god! On 16 Jan 25, i had a very bad swollen mouth and I was unable to eat, talk, swallow my saliva and even drinking water. I don’t know Dr Tan in the first place but my friend is working in his clinic and so i made an appointment to see Dr Tan. I reached the clinic at about 1:30pm and i waited for about 30 minutes when Dr Tan Tan called me in. I found Dr Tan is a very friendly and approachable doctor. He told me that my swollen mouth is very serious and need immediate surgery. Dr Tan then get his assistance to quickly arrange me for necessary tests before i could go ahead with the mouth surgery. He also called his anesthetist for help. I can see how hard he tried to secure me a bed , an anesthetist and an operating theatre for my mouth surgery. The mouth surgery was supposed to start at 7:00pm but due to test results and scanned image, it was delayed till 8:30pm. I was so touched when Dr Tan prayed sincerely for me before the surgery after the consultation. To me Dr Tan is the best doctor for my mouth surgery and i was so lucky to walk in to his clinic. I guessed Dr Tan must be very tired after 2 & 1/2 hours in the theatre! To me, he does not need to work so hard till midnight but he has a big heart to help and save me. Dr Tan is not only a good doctor with a big heart he is also a very experienced and careful ENT Specialist and with more than 40 years in this field. I felt no pain after the surgery and until I fully recovered in 2 days time. He told me that he works to helping patients not so much on money. i told him not to retired and he shall continue to practice as many patients would need his care and skills on ENT especially he is such a wonderful, friendly and experienced ENT specialist. i would not hesitate to recommend Dr Tan to my friends and relatives on ENT consultation and surgery. Dr Tan, thank you very much for saving my life or at least i don’t suffer any pain during and after my mouth surgery. I promise you to buy you coffee! william Chung

I was referred to Dr Tan by my GP for my headache. He has been very detailed in this diagnosis of my problems and under his professional care, my headache has since improved. His commitment to patients include having to be be at his clinic during Sunday to administer treatment. Recently I had been in an out of hospital and after consulting Dr Tan, was diagnosed to be having problems with my nose, tonsils and thyroid. After various scans and diagnosis, an operation is unavoidable. Dr Tan discussed the details with me and I agreed to proceed with the operation which lasted almost 5.5 hours. Looking back, although the road to recovery was absolutely painful, and the post consultation and treatment is numerous, the decision was not wrong. Six weeks after the operation, I sleep, breathe, eat and function better and there has been marked improvement to the value of my life which without his professional care, I would not have known what is happening to my system. The clinic staff is also commendable as they helped process necessary E-filing for patients to make insurance claims, something not commonly seen in other clinics. They are all very experienced being with Dr Tan for many years. The clinic sees patients through lunch as they vary their lunch hour and Dr Tan himself have short lunch breaks. I sincerely hope Dr Tan will remain in service to help the sick and improve the value of life to those who needs it. That is his mission that God has bestowed on him. Do not ever come the clinic our appointment was at 3 but we could only see the doctor at 6 . Dr tan gave us a medicine but we later found out that what he gave us ( simular ) could cause hallucinations form another doctor , Dr tan did not inform is of that!

Before i have sinus and deviated septum problem, always having problem breathing when i wake up and before sleep. After doing surgery with Dr. Tan it help me so much he even clears out another problem such as cyst and infection inside of my nose. Overall it was good, i can breathe normally and there is very less pain after the surgery. I would really recommend people who has the same problem as i do to come to Dr. Tan if you need to seek help for ENT problem.

I would like to share my experience and compliments to Dr Tan Nam Guan, from Apple ENT clinic. Background of the accident: During my overseas trip to Italy, an unfortunate event took place and I had a deep cut on my left forehead (just above the eye brow) and the length of the cut was ~3cm - it was a deep open wound. Went to Italy A&E department for stitching, however the stitch wasn’t done properly and nicely (suturing was not properly appositioned), which resulted in ugly scar and extra flap of skin. Upon my return to Singapore, visited a local GP for stitch removal and the GP tried to use surgical glue to better improve the scar - however wasn’t successful. I decided to visit Dr Tan from Apple ENT clinic to seek his medical expertise and I am really glad that I did so. Dr Tan patiently explained the status of my wound, what was not done right by the Italian doctor and what needs to be done to improve the healing process, and most importantly he assured me that he’s confident to fix my injury in a much nicer manner. I underwent a day surgery with Dr Tan the very next morning at APTUS day surgery center and the whole process was very smooth and mostly painless (even though the local anesthesia (LA) injection was a little painful, however it was bearable and comparing to the other LA injections I had experience with, this is considered a lot better). Post surgery and when the LA effect worn off, recovery process was good and painless. I could see the injury come together nicely and it looks significantly better compared to the raw wound and how it was before my visit to Dr Tan. I would like to share my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Dr Tan Nam Guan for his professional medical expertise and education. The entire process was comforting, reassuring and it was also a good education journey for me. Apple ENT staffs are also welcoming and caring. They took care of my injury with caring hands and was meticulous on handling my case. Definitely 5/5 stars from me (will give even higher if Google rating allows) and I would highly recommend Dr Tan Nam Guan and his staff from Apple ENT if anyone requires any Ear Nose Throat treatments or advices. Superb service and I am really glad that we have Apple ENT clinic to uphold our Singapore medical profession standards and reputation!

I’ve had an excellent experience and patient journey with Dr Tan of Apple ENT clinic. He is patient with listening to my concerns, thorough with his evaluation and precise with his diagnosis. He also takes time to explain my condition, ensuring that I fully understand what is going on. He weighs all management options including non-surgical and surgical methods. He is an excellent skilled meticulous surgeon who has taken great care of me before, during and after my surgery including my follow up appointments. I’d recommend him to my friends and family in a heartbeat. 5 stars!

Dr Tan found and solved my nose problem by a very detailed and successful surgery. I feel I have a new nose. Before, tiny amount of fluid in my nose blocked it, now my nose is super clear. And Dr Tan and his team even took the video of the entire surgery and gave the thumb drive to me . And Dr Tan are very patient and professional with the follow-ups of the surgery. If anyone felt uncomfortable with his or her nose, I suggest an overall check up by Dr Tan at Apple Ear Nose Throat Sinus and Snoring Centre. Everyone deserves a super clear nose and free breath 😁.

Dr Tan and his team were highly professional and served with a heart. They accepted me as the last patient of the day past the operating hours; they worked over time as they prioritised patient’s care. I’m very grateful as Dr Tan was very gentle and shared with me a lot of new knowledge about health and diet to improve my ear condition. Now I can hear properly and will have not to say HUH / I beg your pardon to people around me as Dr Tan has helped to unblock my ears. Highly recommended to all.

Just recently had my surgery less than 3 weeks ago, by Dr Tan of Apple ENT . Dr Tan gave me detail assessment on my problem and was assuring and clear in his discussion with me.
