Despite the negative reviews, I decided to use this company anyway as there seemed to be a few glowing reviews. However, I am both disappointed in their service and dissatisfied by the shoe cleaning. The pricing online is not accurate, I wanted the standard clean which was $30 online however, in the store they insisted it was $40. The website stated that the clean should be completed within 5 working days however it took them 10 working days. Once I received the shoes I was surprised to see that they barely looked liked they had been cleaned. The bottom soles were still muddy, and the top upper soles still had dirt on them. I was shocked to see that they hadn't even undone the laces to get into the nitty gritty areas. I smelt the shoes to see if any product had even been used, not even the smell of disinfectant like they use in bowling alleys. I have tried reaching out to the cleaning company directly and am unable to get through to anyone. So please take this review seriously and I would advise you to go elsewhere!
