My eyes has been sensitive to eye lashes extension. Katey from Kreative Beaulab helps me to remove my eye lashes extensions. She recommends me to do eye lashes collagen lift . I tried it! I am very impressed with the result! It is so natural and my eye lashes is lifted up. Katey is so professional and gentle. One Star – Very Disappointing Experience I passed by this shop and decided to give their lash lift a try, but I deeply regret it. The entire experience felt like a waste of time and money. The result was terrible — some of my eyelashes were even stuck together, making it look messy and unprofessional. I was honestly embarrassed to go out afterward. It quickly became apparent that the service staff lacked proper training. When I asked, she admitted she had only joined the salon six days ago after she graduated from school. This lack of experience showed in the results. I raised my concerns with the boss, Katey, and requested a discount due to the poor service. To my shock, instead of listening and offering an apology, she threatened to call security on me. Eventually, she agreed to the discount and said she would personally redo the lashes for me if I returned. While I appreciate the offer, I was still very disappointed with her initial reaction. A customer sharing genuine feedback should not be met with threats. This was honestly the worst eyelash result I’ve ever had. I wish I had never tried their service — my time, money, and energy were completely wasted. I’m sharing my experience here in hopes that others can make a more informed choice.

I’ve been doing lash lift treatments here for a few years and have even signed up for packages, as I’ve had good experiences with most of the beauticians who are very professional. However, my most recent visit was disappointing. I shared that the front part of my lashes didn’t seem to curl, but the staff simply replied, “Oh, your lashes are too short.” This is the first time I’ve received such feedback—other beauticians I’ve visited have never mentioned this or had similar issues. What made me more uncomfortable was that the staff appeared to cover her name when I was signing out, which didn’t feel right. I’m sharing this in hopes it can be looked into, as I really appreciated the quality and service here in the past.

The location is also a big plus — convenient, heart of Orchard at Mandarin Gallery and next to lift at level 3. Check out other services e.g eyebrow, facial etc. Simply a go-to spot for beauty treatments. Highly recommend if you're looking for skilled hands, reasonable prices and a welcoming atmosphere!

Love the Lash and facial done at Kreative Beaulab! 🥰 Done my lash here 3 times and they always recommend different designs that suit you if you are unsure what you want to do. They are really detailed when doing the Lash and love how they make my eyes pop with the different Lash designs.
