Bought the milky bun loaf. Bread was airy and soft with not much filling. Given the price ($3) and the availability of other bread stores in the vicinity (with comparable prices and better quality), I would not repurchase. Service was also a tad slow.

I recently made a purchase of waffle in the morning at the 313 Somerset outlet.. Unfortunately, I encountered an unpleasant experience due to the rude and unfriendly behavior of a aunty working there. Such behavior can negatively impact customer satisfaction and potentially drive away business.

used to be one of my favourite bakeries but not anymore :( the prices have gone up but not the quality or taste. also today i walked past and saw a cockroach… saving grace was that i pointed it out to the staff and she threw the whole tray away after i told her about it many other reviews also mentioned poor food safety standards

I purchased a raisin bun yesterday and noticed that the expiration date is tomorrow, which is just two days later. Selling bread that isn't fresh is unprofessional, and now need to consume it within a very short time.

I bought parmesan garlic bread, blueberry muffin, danish butter and crustless white bread. The garlic bread was fresh and crispy with a nice flavor, the muffin is tasty, but in my opinion it could have been a little more "sweet", maybe in the crumble, the danish butter had a nice flavor but the caramel sticks to your teeth and the back part was not as crispy as it should be, the crustless bread is ok.

Honestly wasn't expecting Swee Heng to have innovated to this extent, given how traditional a name they're known to be. Now that they're offering random creative flavoured buns, that places them against the likes of Breadtalk, from a comparison and benchmarking standpoint. Sadly though, the buns are still not up to mark, for the price that they're selling them for. It's not bad, but it's not great either. If you're looking for a tea time snack, this works. But if you're pitting them against the more professional bakery brands, there's still a huge margin of improvement; especially since they're located in a (presumably) high-rental space.

My favourite pandan waffle place. Always the perfect level of crispy and they are generous with the filling (my fav combo is chocolate and peanut butter!)

I usually love shopping at Swee Heng, but my experience today was ruined by a rude cashier.. It makes me think twice about returning.. I saw her scolding a girl in front of me. Swee Heng please train you cashier. (Staff no 33740) truly has a bad attitude 👎
