I've been here about five times in the six months since I came to Singapore. Thank you so much.

Clinic for Japanese people. Receptionists are really kind and helpful, but unfortunately there are one doctor unfriendly and impatient, not comfortable to ask my concern honestly...

I came to the clinic because I had a stiff lower back. All the staff are fluent in Japanese, so I was able to make an appointment and get examined smoothly. I also had rehabilitation in the afternoon, and felt much better by the time I left. However, the fee was quite high, about 110,000 yen in Japanese yen. I would be horrified if I didn't have insurance. Photos were only taken in places where it was possible, but everywhere was clean and tidy.

When I visited Singapore at the end of December 2024, my child developed a fever and I visited this hospital. All the medical staff spoke Japanese, so communication was not a problem. My child tested negative for COVID-19 and the flu, was prescribed regular cold medicine, and recovered the next day. I felt the service was very good. I would definitely recommend that travelers take out overseas travel insurance. The full insurance fee was less than 5,000 yen, which I thought was expensive, but I received a payment statement for this visit of 67,415 yen, so it's better to be safe than sorry and get insurance. Of course, I had insurance, so even with my family's insurance included, it ended up being worth it.

I was initially taken to a GP, who didn't diagnose anything and told me they couldn't see me there because my voice was hoarse from a cold. I was simply told to sit over there without being told anything. After waiting quite a while, I asked the receptionist and was told that an outpatient ENT doctor would be coming in today and would be able to see me. But that would be 45 minutes later. I wish I had at least said something. The ENT doctor was nice, but when I looked at the total bill, it was over $1,000. If I didn't have insurance, it would have been terrible. But it turned out to be just a cold. I think the initial doctor could have treated this illness. I wondered if it was a good idea to go straight to an outpatient clinic without asking anything or diagnosing me. I had trouble making the appointment too. It's so chaotic that I'm feeling really anxious.

I ordered a cheese waffle , the waiting time was aright however there is literally no cheese in my waffle ?? I approached the staff and told them about the situation but she insisted there is cheese inside when there is no cheese at all ! The staff attitude was bad and did not try to help me solve the situation maybe because she thinks that i’m a teenager so she don’t bother to assist me properly . She use a shared thong to open my waffle to check . I encountered the problem at 8:05 pm on sunday 10 march 2024 !

Bought the milky bun loaf. Bread was airy and soft with not much filling. Given the price ($3) and the availability of other bread stores in the vicinity (with comparable prices and better quality), I would not repurchase. Service was also a tad slow.

Service was nice and they got soft chewy pandan waffles and very nice cheesecakes and cakes cheaper than other places

I recently made a purchase of waffle in the morning at the 313 Somerset outlet.. Unfortunately, I encountered an unpleasant experience due to the rude and unfriendly behavior of a aunty working there. Such behavior can negatively impact customer satisfaction and potentially drive away business.

I purchased a raisin bun yesterday and noticed that the expiration date is tomorrow, which is just two days later. Selling bread that isn't fresh is unprofessional, and now need to consume it within a very short time.
