They respond very quickly, accurately, and courteously. I came here because I was very disappointed with the PCR test at Raffles Japanese, and they gave me accurate answers to my questions. I feel at ease at a clinic that handles even small tasks with care.

My tonsils were swollen and covered in white pus, and it was extremely painful, probably tonsillitis, but I was told to wait and see if the pain didn't go away after giving me a general cold medicine. When I asked for antibiotics, I was told for a long time that antibiotics wouldn't necessarily work. This consultation + medicine cost me $300. I think there was a point in coming here because you can buy general cold medicines at pharmacies. After asking three times, they finally prescribed antibiotics, but it was very uncomfortable. As a private clinic, I felt that the response was a little strange. I don't want to come to the hospital over and over again, so I pay a lot of money for medical examinations, but I don't think I'll go back to this female doctor. P.S.: After taking antibiotics, the pain subsided within a day. I'm glad you said it again and again.

The pediatrician was a complete quack. My daughter was given a cursory examination and told it was just a cold. However, she didn't get any better, and by the time we went to another hospital her illness had worsened and she had to be hospitalized.

I was examined by a Japanese female dentist at the dental clinic. The explanation and treatment were very thorough, and I felt at ease.

I visited Dr. Umezato for my first consultation. Despite his busy schedule, he was very kind and patient with me, and his explanations were clear and thorough, which was very reassuring. Thank you very much. The advice he gave me was also very helpful, and I am very grateful. I would also like to thank the reception staff for their help in many ways. I would like to thank them again. The appointment was quickly arranged, and the instructions were accurate and smooth. Thanks to him, I was able to visit the clinic with peace of mind. Thank you for your kindness.

I definitely don't recommend it! It's dangerous! I was misdiagnosed at both the pediatrician and dermatologist. I think the level of the doctors is quite low. I also saw a general practitioner, but he had no specialist knowledge, so he gave me a haphazard examination and prescribed medicine that didn't work at all, so I had to go back to the local hospital. It's a waste of money and time. I don't recommend pediatricians even more!

Shortly after arriving in Singapore, my child developed a high fever. I was panicking because I couldn't speak English at all, so I ended up at this hospital. From the reception to the examination, the Japanese staff carefully explained everything that Japanese people do not understand. The medication was explained to me clearly and I felt at ease. The doctor kindly listened to me talk about things other than my child's illness. I came back feeling a little less anxious after coming to Singapore.

Pediatrics is not recommended. The teacher I had before was very good, but now... I was worried because I was often asked to wait and see what happened without any basis. Also, the infant health checkup was completed after 5 minutes. I was disappointed with the sloppy examination that didn't live up to the highest prices offered by Japanese clinics. Information about vaccinations was often ambiguous, which increased my anxiety.

I was initially taken to a GP, who didn't diagnose anything and told me they couldn't see me there because my voice was hoarse from a cold. I was simply told to sit over there without being told anything. After waiting quite a while, I asked the receptionist and was told that an outpatient ENT doctor would be coming in today and would be able to see me. But that would be 45 minutes later. I wish I had at least said something. The ENT doctor was nice, but when I looked at the total bill, it was over $1,000. If I didn't have insurance, it would have been terrible. But it turned out to be just a cold. I think the initial doctor could have treated this illness. I wondered if it was a good idea to go straight to an outpatient clinic without asking anything or diagnosing me. I had trouble making the appointment too. It's so chaotic that I'm feeling really anxious.

All the teachers speak Japanese, so I feel very safe. When my child was injured, they responded promptly and courteously.
