Tim Hortons at 313 Somerset brings Canada's beloved coffee and quick-service restaurant chain to Singapore, offering a taste of Canadian cafe culture through their signature coffee blends, fresh donuts, and savory menu items. Founded in 1964 by Canadian hockey legend Tim Horton, the brand has become a cultural icon in Canada, now sharing its offerings with international audiences. The menu centers on freshly brewed coffee available in various roasts and preparations, from classic drip coffee to specialty drinks like cappuccinos, lattes, and iced beverages. The donut selection features classic varieties including honey glazed, chocolate dip, Boston cream, apple fritter, and Timbits (donut holes) available in assorted flavors, all made throughout the day to ensure freshness. Beyond sweets, Tim Hortons offers breakfast sandwiches, bagels, muffins, and croissants for morning customers, plus lunch items like sandwiches, wraps, soups, and chili for heartier meals. The casual environment encourages quick stops for coffee and snacks during shopping trips or longer stays for casual meals and social meetups. Competitive pricing makes it accessible for daily visits rather than occasional treats. The brand's Canadian heritage adds novelty for Singaporean customers unfamiliar with Tim Hortons, while serving as a comforting familiar presence for Canadian expatriates and visitors. The emphasis on fresh preparation, quality ingredients, and friendly service creates a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with Tim Hortons' positioning as a neighborhood gathering place.

No-one there to take my order when I arrived - had to wait - took 11 minutes for them to make a simple latte. Most of the seats taken by students studying leaving a messy look.Service was frankly half hearted and the staff did not appear to have been trained properly. I doubt I would try this place again unless there was a significant improvement in their standards. On the plus side the Latte was above average. This was my first time that I visited Tim Hortons so this impression was not the best.

Was there a couple of days ago with a friend. It was my sis in Canada who said I should give TH a try as she enjoys the coffee there regularly.
I didn't find anything special in their coffee though.
Anyway, my friend and I had an Americano and a latte and we ordered 2 sourdough sandwiches which turned out to be really small for the price we paid!
My maple glazed chicken ham and cheese was only so so. My friend's sandwich just slightly better tasting.
The atmosphere was ok, outlet was clean but it's probably because it's new. Service was so so only too, the wait for the coffee and sandwich was so long that I thought they had forgotten our order. I went back to the counter to find my coffee and sandwiches on a tiny tray on the counter, but we were not buzzed to inform us to collect. Not sure what was going on there.
Anyway, back to the tiny tray that our 2 cups of coffee and 2 plates of sandwiches were stacked precariously on.. no way would I be able to carry them all on that TINY tray without dropping the 2 plates that were balancing off the tray edges. I choose to carry my sandwiches back to my table - 1 in each hand, and returned for my coffees.
The lunch experience there wasn't great.

The staff here are incredibly warm and welcoming! 💕 The café has a cozy feel to it, and the counter seating is a nice touch — great if you’re hanging out alone or just need a quick coffee pause. It does fill up pretty quickly during busy hours, but the space still feels comfortable.
They use a self-order system which makes things easy, but if you’re planning to pay with ShopBack or similar apps, just head straight to the counter to order.
The coffee’s good and the prices are quite fair. Honestly, this might be one of the nicer Tim Hortons branches around , convenient location, easy to reach, good vibes, and perfect for a short chill session or a fast caffeine top-up 🙌🏻☕️❤️

Huge coffee place, spacious seating. Lots of tables and chairs. Good variety of cakes and drinks. But the coffee is still best at Plaza Sin. Somehow, PS branch just does it better.
This branch isn't too bad, just that plaza sin is better.
Had their sandwich, donuts and Montreal drinks today.
Many ordering kiosk, food came v fast, even the sandwiches were given very soon.
Free ice water available too.

Super welcoming staff and really friendly service! 💕 The space is cozy with counter seats too — perfect if you’re alone or just want a quick coffee break. It does get crowded fast during peak hours but still comfy overall.
They use a self-ordering system which is pretty convenient, but if you’re paying via ShopBack or other apps, do remember to order at the counter instead!
Coffee is decent and prices are quite reasonable. Honestly I would think this is one of the better Tim Hortons outlets — convenient location, easily accessible, nice vibes, and good for a short chill or caffeine fix. ☕

Loved the bagel's chewy but soft texture. The ham & cheese sandwich had mustard sauce, which may not be to everyone's liking. Donut was soft and non-greasy, though the chocolate pistachio topping felt quite unmemorable to me personally. Coffee tasted quite light to us.
Service staff was very patient to explain to us some menu options we enquired about, and to even accomodate our change in order (before we made payment).
Overall, a place I would return to for light bites.

Having my breakfast. Ordered the breakfast set. Good value. Nice coffee and bagel.. Enjoy my morning there solo. Nice wall picture. Pretty deco. Table arrangement a bit inconvenience.
