A huge shoutout and thanks to Terence who oversees the orchard paragon store for the outstanding service and advice on the Tommy Hilfiger Interlock Tees. Terence is incredibly knowledgable and insightful on the details of the Interlock Tee, and really went out of the way to ensure that I had a good experience across both the Takashimaya as well as the Paragon branches!

Met Wan Ying at paragon, bought a jacket but return a while later asked to change the size. As they do not have the stock there, she took the initiative going the extra mile by running over to Takashimaya & get it change for me, even though is close to their closing time around 9.30pm. Excellent service! Will definitely be back! Thumbs up!

That fat Filipino lady who wore pink today (long ugly golden coloured hair) was extremely rude! Showing us her poker face all the way, just because it’s an exchange doesn’t mean you need not provide good service! At least the China lady is polite enough to assist! Will not patronise this store in future!

Only giving 4 stars because the lady in black top was really helpful and attentive. Walked into the store at 4+pm today and there was this Chinese lady (striped top) who was totally unhelpful. Asked her for size recommendation for someone slightly bigger in size than me and she gave a a HUH? Then proceeds to walk away. Made me feel totally unwelcomed
