I went there first time, I wont go back again, becauce I saw the SUPERVISOR always bully one of the employee, and I bet maybe that girl from malaysia, whats the hell, is call discrimination, im going to report him

Dear Sir, Today around 7.15am-7.30am in Mrt Station of City Hall a lady whom I will address as Ms.Ms was having a bee chiang hiang bag as part of her belonging.Ms was wearing her left part of tshirt shoulder Orange colour right part of t-shirt shoulder blue colour middle different colour with Adidas symbol on chest.She was wearing Chain of gold heart pendant on her neck.She was tying red colour strings to white plastic bag on her lap then scratched her hair then continued tying to plastic bag.She dropped off at Newton Mrt.I did not expect that scratching hair is hygienic as plastic she tied would soon contain eating product.I am not sure why this was done in Mrt instead of at your outlet. Kindly let me know why these unhygienic way was done in wrong place and measures taken for these actions of Ms. Thanks

For someone with veins that are hard to find it is always an anxious to have a blood test. The staff was spot on and manage to draw 5 tubes of blood without any discomfort. Thank you.

I had my blood drawn on 22 Sep at Fullerton health screening clinic. Innoquest called me on 6 Oct that they will sent someone over to me to redo the blood test. I'm guessing they had screwed up and lost my blood sample. Selvi from innoquest had came to my office. She is experienced and manage to complete within 30mins. Selvi answered to the questions I had. Hopefully this will not happened again.

Thank you to all the friendly staff managing the counter. Nurse Iris was really enjoyable to interact with leading up to the blood sample taking. My appreciation to her for not only doing the job effectively, but the courtesy she showed me, making my morning a happy one. May there be many more meaningful moments for the people working in your lab as you continue to practise genuine care for the people who come your way.

I just had my blood test done for 1st trimester at Dr Freda clinic & Cecelia did my blood works. She is so amazing! She managed to draw the blood at one go, usually it takes a couple of times for others as my veins are very thin. Thank you Cecelia, You did great 👍🏾 ! …

Went for a health check. The nurse draw blood was fast and professional. Staff is friendly. Not much waiting time
