Terrible service, randomly added $7.90 to my order. Luckily I was able to notice it and get it refunded. The staff there still tried to reason with me and did not offer any apology! Make mistake is ok but not apologizing or even saying sorry is unacceptable! I want to rate this 0 star if can!!!

Celia is very rude and sarcastic. When I approached her to ask her for the price of a ring she told me in a very condescending tone and expression that it is for per piece and not for the whole box. When I told her that I don’t like her attitude she told me it is ok I can go ahead and make a complain. She should not be in customer service retail at all. 14/11/2021. 5:30pm 313 Somerset outlet
