super rude service!! my gosh! pls train your staffs properly to serve customers. I was ordering and my card was being rejected and she kept rolling her eyes and threw the machine and said “aiya cannot la” DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE PATRONIZING THIS STORE.

I found Hisential Clinic through a Google search because I needed a doctor who is both sympathetic and experienced. My palm rash has caused me tremendous stress for the past three weeks. When I saw Dr. Julian Ng, he took the time to explain the possible causes and reassured me that it was not something nasty.He is definitely the doctor you would want to see when you have doubts. Before seeing him, I had consulted two other doctors who could not give me a conclusive answer. Thank you, Dr. Julian Ng and the staffs, for treating me with dignity and respect.

I visited Hisential Singapore for a full health screening and Hepatitis B vaccinations and had a great experience. Dr. Julian took the time to go through my results, highlighting areas of concern and giving clear, practical recommendations on how to address them. The follow-up vaccinations were well-organized, with timely reminders and a smooth process. The staff were friendly, professional, and made everything seamless. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comprehensive and attentive healthcare.

I’m seriously wow-ed and impressed. I mean, where got clinic look like this in the world?!? I first heard about this place from my guy friends who kept raving about how luxurious and atas it is… like I care right I am in the ladies club. I was due for a health check and also wanted a second opinion on a chronic issue I’ve been dealing with. My annoyingly persistent friend knew this and told me to meet him at Orchard for lunch… and before I knew it, I was reluctantly dragged in. Okay, fine… he was right. The space is stunning. Felt like I was in some exclusive members-only club or a European luxury lounge. The staff? Super warm and welcoming. And the doctor? So gentle, patient, and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything clearly, step by step, without rushing. I asked a ton of questions (as usual), and he made sure I understood all the options. I honestly expected it to be some male-focused clinic, but turns out it’s super inclusive. And can we please talk about the oat milk? YES, the good kind. Most places don’t even get that part right. Major brownie points for that. Only thing missing? A bit of latte art to match the vibe. Fingers crossed they read this and bring out the barista magic on my next visit. 😄

Went in for a men’s health checkup and had a great experience. The clinic feels high-end, but the prices were surprisingly reasonable—definitely good value for the quality of care and service. Everything was incredibly smooth and efficient — zero waiting time, seamless coordination between the staff and doctor, and a real sense of care in every interaction. The hospitality stood out: from the warm welcome to the refreshing beverages and comfortable, modern setting, we felt completely at ease and looked after. Dr. Anthony was outstanding — friendly, patient, and extremely thorough. He explained everything clearly and took the time to customise a screening package that perfectly suited both our health needs and our budget. The entire team was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. We left feeling confident, informed, and grateful for such a positive, personalised healthcare experience. A big thank you to Dr. Anthony and the Hisential team — and the fact that they’re open on both Saturday and Sunday is such a bonus! Enabled us to have our checks done just a day before our flight back to Kampala. The whole experience was very comfortable. The ambience of the place, the service, the professionalism, the transparency, everything was tip top. Even though the website wrote men's health, they covered women'e health as well. I don't feel weirded out talking about my concerns. In fact, i feel heard. I highly recommend this place! Don't let the societal stigma stop yourself from getting yourself checked.

I typically do not write reviews. When a place exceeds already high expectations it deserves recognition. This is not your typical doctors office, it is a clinic designed to not feel more like a hotel or high end store customer service. From the reception to decor to the doctors, it is all highly professional. When speaking with the doctor you are able to have a conversation, there is time to discuss. For those that like to understand and know there is sharing of knowledge and judgement when something needs to be assessed or left alone or monitored. I would highly recommend!

Dr Julian was very patient, kind and thoughtful. The whole process was smooth, comfortable and made me feel at ease. The clinic was also like a hotel lounge and you do not feel like it was a clinic. From the staff to the clinic and Dr Julian, everyone was kind friendly and the experience was exceptional. Recommend to visit if anyone needs a good medical experience.
