The whole experience was very comfortable. The ambience of the place, the service, the professionalism, the transparency, everything was tip top. Even though the website wrote men's health, they covered women'e health as well. I don't feel weirded out talking about my concerns. In fact, i feel heard. I highly recommend this place! Don't let the societal stigma stop yourself from getting yourself checked.

On our recent trip from Uganda to Singapore, my wife and I visited Hisential Orchard Clinic for a health screening — and it was an exceptional experience from booking to the moment we left the clinic. Everything was incredibly smooth and efficient — zero waiting time, seamless coordination between the staff and doctor, and a real sense of care in every interaction. The hospitality stood out: from the warm welcome to the refreshing beverages and comfortable, modern setting, we felt completely at ease and looked after. Dr. Anthony was outstanding — friendly, patient, and extremely thorough. He explained everything clearly and took the time to customise a screening package that perfectly suited both our health needs and our budget. The entire team was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. We left feeling confident, informed, and grateful for such a positive, personalised healthcare experience. A big thank you to Dr. Anthony and the Hisential team — and the fact that they’re open on both Saturday and Sunday is such a bonus! Enabled us to have our checks done just a day before our flight back to Kampala. Dr Ooi is friendly and patient throughout the whole consultation. He took time to explain and his advices help me see a bigger picture of the current challenges. Dr Ooi is professional, reassuring and friendly. He explains clearly his diagnosis and give assurance to mum. He is prompt to providing us information from the scan and that helps us to feel safe. His clinic nurses are very caring - offered mum Milo and biscuit and the front line staff is prompt and clear in the bills. The overall experience is very good. Recommended to him as we heard that he is very up to date with the latest cancer treatment or any growth or tumour related matters.

I consider myself lucky to be treated by this medical team. Dr Ooi, as always, has been very friendly and patient. He will try his best to give advice to me, other than providing medication, to make me feel better especially during my chemo treatments. The girls are helpful and caring, making sure I am comfortable during the treatments. At times they do brightens up my day considering this is my lowest point of my life. Thank you all of you.
