I ordered for take away big bucket (should be 8pc orig chicken, right?) but i got a spicy chicken instead. The chicken inside is not even red which means it is not spicy, their fryman must have dropped it in a spicy side of henny penny as the oil coming out from the chicken skin when you bite makes it more spicy. Spoil the cravings of my children, again!!! Need to wait for my husband to come home tonight just so the chicken can be consumed. I tried calling the outlet's number 67355119 for sooooo many time but nobody wants to pick up the call. Scan QR code also but then cannot submit as "the server is busy"!? What to do Jollibee?

This Jollibee outlet is actually situated in the Lucky Plaza basement food court. The queue maybe long even during off peak hours however it moves fast as there are 2 order takers and 3 to 4 staff at the preparation & delivery counter. Good service from order taker to delivery crew. The popular soda drinks are prepared to speed up order preparation and thus can be under filled but the staff obliged to our request to fill it up, so that is 👍🏼 Chicken 2 & 3 piece set was good & scored a 8.75/10 😋 Tender, soft juicy light & dark meat. The french fries can rival McDonalds, at 9/10 if taken there. Take away it gets soft & limp 😅 at 7/10. The cold slaw okay at 7.5/10; small portion. The mash potato is a tiny portion with too much gravy at 6.5/10. The chicken crispy spicy burger is also nice at 8.5/10 👍🏼 the special sauce 😅 was interesting 👍🏼 Credit cards not accepted, only cash or PayNow. Will be back for more 😋

Nice Filipino fast food restaurant located inside lucky Plaza at Level 6. This outlet is one of the biggest in Singapore and usually very much crowded on the weekends. I like their fried chicken which is very tender and spicy. You can have the option to buy rice as well which is quite interesting.

After a long search, we are glad to finally find beautifully designed quality outdoor furniture at Konopi. The staff are patient, pleasant and helpful, too. Prices are reasonable and the after-sales service is exceptionally good and responsive. Thanks to Konopi, our front deck is now a stylish retreat for my family to relax in.

Couldn’t have been more impressed with their service. Eng Kwee and David went out of their way to help me resolve an issue with some items I had bought from Konopi (through no fault of their own). Not only did they resolve the issue, they personally saw to it that any inconvenience on my end was minimized. Outstanding after sales service, sincerity at its best. I wouldn’t hesitate to patronize their store again. Can’t recommend them enough!

We love the outdoor sofa, chairs and coffee tables we purchased from Konopi. The sales staff also went above and beyond to accommodate our requests to customize a few items and made delivery a breeze!

Love the outdoor furniture this shop carries. Though it’s a small boutique along the shopping arcades upstairs in Shaw, it carries only high quality, durable and long lasting, well made minimal and stylish pieces. Also the customer service was excellent and friendly - they were on hand to answer any and all questions and extremely accommodating and helpful for any requests we had. They also provided same week free delivery over a certain amount and the pieces we ended up purchasing have been great so far - and holding up fantastically to the Singapore weather and rain.

Tasted like avocados back home 👌 …
