Jollibee Lucky Plaza Level 6 represents a second location of the beloved Filipino fast-food chain within the same shopping center, demonstrating the exceptional importance of Lucky Plaza to the Filipino community in Singapore and the high demand for Jollibee's distinctive Filipino-style fast food. This additional outlet helps manage the substantial crowds, particularly on Sundays when Filipino domestic workers enjoy their weekly day off and Lucky Plaza becomes a central gathering place for Singapore's Filipino community. Having multiple floors of operations allows Jollibee to serve more customers during peak periods without excessive wait times that could drive business to competitors or create negative experiences. The Level 6 location likely offers the same comprehensive menu as the main Jollibee outlet, featuring the signature Chickenjoy fried chicken that Filipinos consider superior to American chains, Jolly Spaghetti with its sweet Filipino-style sauce, various burgers with Filipino taste profiles, palabok noodles, peach-mango pies, and traditional Filipino meal options including breakfast items like longanisa sausages. The restaurant provides more than food; it serves as a community space where Filipino workers can relax, socialize with compatriots, hear Tagalog conversations, and enjoy familiar flavors that connect them to home despite working abroad. For Jollibee's parent company, the Lucky Plaza presence represents strategic positioning within an established Filipino community hub, ensuring strong consistent traffic that justifies supporting multiple locations within one building.

Tried their two piece chicken joy on a weekend.
The size of the chicken given was significantly smaller than the other Jolibee chains. The chicken also has a burnt smell.
The queue was very long and as the restaurant is located inside the food court, it was very hard to find seats.

I ordered for take away big bucket (should be 8pc orig chicken, right?) but i got a spicy chicken instead. The chicken inside is not even red which means it is not spicy, their fryman must have dropped it in a spicy side of henny penny as the oil coming out from the chicken skin when you bite makes it more spicy.
Spoil the cravings of my children, again!!!
Need to wait for my husband to come home tonight just so the chicken can be consumed.
I tried calling the outlet's number 67355119 for sooooo many time but nobody wants to pick up the call. Scan QR code also but then cannot submit as "the server is busy"!? What to do Jollibee?

My wife n me we quit eating kFC after we tasted Jollybee because we loved it so much the flavours were minblowing and we were regular vistors to this outlet. So one day on my way back home after wrk my wife requested for jolly bee even though it was around 8.8.30 i managed to buy 6 piece bucket for her while eating it happend 2 pieces turned out to be stinky so we threw it ignoring but i was put off my wife again wanted jollybee bucket so on the 4th of feb i went again after wrk around 8.8.30 n got the bucket and to our horror all the pieces were smelling rotten chicken.the only thing we ate was the fries with sauce.we are shocked as to how can a well known brand like Jollybee sell rotten stale chicken to their customers these pitcures r proofs. They need to mend their ways coz if anyone gets sick eating food like this it will be a disgrace.so all our fav jollybee went in the dustbin. Really disappointed π

Your service sucks! Waited too long for fiesta noodle that doesn't taste good. I giess the one selling in small shops taste better...and this quarter of a spring chicken size is too small. Not value for money at all!

Very spacious, staff were polite and helpful. However, my order was prepared incorrectly.
At first we ordered all our chickens in original flavour, but because it was already 8pm, all the thigh parts for original are sold out. The staff informed us that there are still thigh parts for the spicy one. Hence, we changed our orders to half spicy and half original so that we could get the thigh part of the chickwn.
However, we were utterly disappointed when we received our meal. They had given us all drumsticks! We didnt want to make a fuss so we just ate them.
Additionally, the portion for this outlet is extremely stingy. The brown gravy was only 1/3 filled. The spaghetti tasted bland because there also wasnβt enough gravy. There were dust inside the ice creAm too.
It was also weird how there wasnt any papers on the trays, feels quite unhygienic.

I missed eating Jollibee in the middle east. I am glad I found one in Singapore. They are now certified halal. So, even better. I got the set with a crispy chicken burger, fried chicken, fries and a drink. The crispy chicken burger was not spicey at all but the size was good. The fried chicken was juicy, but not spicy as claimed. Fries was very small. Drink was not refillable. Service was a bit slow and could be improved. The restaurant was maybe half full at the time. So, easy to find seating. Overall, pretty good but a bit underwhelming compared to my experiences at Jollibee in the middle east. Portions are a bit bigger there and the drinks are always refillable.

Really good fried chicken. Service is not as fast as kfc but bearable. Their suntec outlet waiting time is shorter.
There is ample seating in the fast food restaurant but a chore to go up all the way to the top floor for fried chicken.
The fried chicken is really good. It doesnβt feel greasy nor does it have a smelly oil taste. Chicken is very fresh and I donβt believe I even got a breast meat before which is usually very dry and tough. The drumstick and the thigh meats are very tender and juicy. I like to pair the meat with their gravy which is quite sinful but really good.

Jollibee is ubiquitous in the Philippines and now at several locations in Singapore.
Chicken Joy is actually lotsa Joy. The crispy batter (not too thick) that delicately holds the juicy chicken inside is a Joy to bite into.
The ChickenJoy has 2 variants Original & Spicy. Both versions are reportedly delicious, although i prefer the original.
This outlet is on Level 6 @Lucky Plaza. It can get very very crowded not to mention the waiting time.
Business is brisk and staff possibly need better training to handle the brisk sales of the delicious fast food. I requested for drumstick and thigh pieces, but the cashier forgot to mention that in the receipt and I was served wings and another huge piece π. I have generally liked the drumstick and thigh pieces as they taste very good at Jollibee.

I always eat their chickens, original flavor tastes better than spicy. Sides are delicious too! Always crowded here no matter when I come π Level 6 has bigger space, basement 1 has a small shop. B1 shop is always a long que. ππ»

A Filipino food sensation fast catching up around the world.Known to be one of the first fast food joints to serve up Rice I think!
Itβs located on the top floor of Lucky Plaza(near the food court).Has a huge space and I can imagine it being packed to the brim on the weekends.
Ordering is pretty much standard QSR.
The Fried Chicken is tender and juicy.Crispy outside but the coating could be less thick.French fries not so good.
Will be back to try their Spaghetti and other stuff.
