I am Jiwan and I had been at the clinic today for my first ever scan. Both Roniah and Vanessa were very patient and understood my worries before the scan. They were very reassuring and helpful in explaining the procedures and guiding me through the process comfortably. Thank you for having such a great team of nurses!

I had my MRI done at RadLink and was attended by Macik Roniah. She was extremely friendly, patient, and very reassuring throughout the whole process. She explained things clearly and made sure I felt comfortable, which really helped ease my nerves. Her kindness and professionalism truly made the visit a wonderful and pleasant experience. The CT scan experience is very good. The counter staffs are speaking very politely. The staff Roniah is passionate about my emotional concerns on my jaw swelling. She provided very good nursing care to me. The entire process is efficient. Redlink re-embursement the patient taxi fare from Mount Avenia hospital to the imaging scan center.

My veins are often difficult to find, so I usually get quite anxious before procedures like this but Yash was absolutely wonderful. She was calm, gentle, and so professional. She found a vein quickly and inserted the cannula with hardly any discomfort. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. It really makes a difference when someone takes such care and shows genuine kindness. Thank you, Yash, for making the experience so easy and reassuring!

Definitely a 5-star rating for Radiographer Jerry as well as Yash and Roniah. Was at Radlink Paragon last week for MRI. Roniah inserted the cannula gently with no resulting pain or bruises. She was also thorough when going through the safety screening questionnaire with me. Jerry demonstrated care and professionalism throughout the process. He ensured that I was comfortable and his clear instructions during the process made a profound difference. The contrast dye was expeditiously injected by Yash.

Had a very smooth experience for my MRI with contrast at Radlink Paragon. The injection was virtually painless, which I really appreciated. Special thanks to Shan at the counter for her excellent service—she was incredibly helpful with my insurance claim process. Highly recommend this clinic for their efficiency and care!

I recently visited the medical facility for an X-ray, and I would like to share my positive experience. I visited there on December 16, 2025, around noon. I want to thank the team for their exceptional service- from the registration staff to the nurses. They were friendly, and despite the busy day, the atmosphere in the blood collection and preparation room was cheerful. I noticed a kakak (sis in Malay) in a tudung (scarf) who was clearly enjoying her work, along with some senior staff nurses (SSN) who took time to explain everything to me. Special thanks to SSN Carol Ng for her skilful needle insertion, managing my heart rate, and guiding me through the process.

Apple Store @ orchards very friendly staff , impressive ambiance . Two storey building . First level store equipped with all apple products such as mobile phones, iPads AirPods etc etc . Second level is another dimension . With cinema like huge display screen & here is the place where Apple is conducting all the free training sessions anybody can attend n learn for free . The trainers are well equipped with the knowledge. Based on the type of training courses you want to learn the required equipment can be yours or else they provide in house iPad laptop etc . You need to get yourself registered at the Apple online better do it with your Apple ID .

Alice helped and served me the moment i came in and allowed me to try anything i wanted! The food is worth a try as well! Do come and visit!
